    Chole bhature is one of my favourite dishes and the best I've ever had is at Sharma Ji's at Mulchand in Lajpath Nagar, South Delhi. Must follow with a sweet lassi.

    Chris every street has chole bhature in Delhi, and I am in USA now with my family but born and raised Delhi. Just gone back in my childhood as I have grown up eating those every sat ( mostly weekends is treating ourselves with chole bhature)

    You can also use RAPIDO bikes(like ola/uber) for travel...
    Which is much more cheaper than ola/uber and you can reach you destination fast (traffic problem)....👍

    Amla is the most medicinal fruit. It's green and has a very unique and sort of sour taste. People eat a whole raw Amla with a little salt to boost immunity. It can be cut and dried with salt to keep in jars and eaten after lunch or dinner. , it's very rich in vitamin C. It's an excellent digestive and immunity booster. With chola bhatura an Amla pickle is a good digestive

    Amla is Indian gooseberry a sour fruit, eaten pickled in oil and turmeric and salt or dipped in sugar syrup after steaming . Hard green fruit found with vegetable vendors 60-100 rupees.

    I'm so impressed with your hindi language skills. Love from US! Totally agree with you that Indian vegetarian food is probably the best in the world. I'm so fed up with the so called Indian food available in US. Indian food in US is way too sweetened, creamed down than what is available in India. Miss the authentic flavors so much! In my opinion, for the best North Indian food go to Amritsar, Punjab and try the Chole Bhature or other food items there. I may be biased but I truly think that Amritsari kulchas are the best!
