Could microstrip patch array antenna be made such tht it range could reach inosphere so small tht it could fit in small size of mobile and radiation range very narrow like laser.
That's a challenge since the gain of an array is proportional to its area. Larger antennas have more gain and smaller antennas have less gain. The other parameter that affects the range is data rate. For low data rate communications, smaller antennas can be used. If your application is low or very low data rate and a low altitude link (ionosphere as you indicate), then the answer is that it might be possible. As data rate increases and range (altitude) increases, the likelihood the link will be achieved goes down. Hope that helps.
@@microwaveproductsandtechno7074 i am interested in 2-14 GHz range,, but what have you done for phase shift/? and which type of antennas you have used and what is the length of array?
@@sabirjamal2313 Hi Sabir. In the 2-14 GHz range, we have developed and delivered arrays over 1 square meter and arrays as small as 300 square mm. We use a variety of antenna element types and phase shifters types depending upon customer needs.
THANKS FOR THIS TUTORIAL
You are welcome!
Clearly Clear, thanks.
Great information. Thanks
Your website link is not working, are you still in business?
hii sir... can you upload a video on how to analyze the results practically, for array
Hi Parveen. Good idea, we will add that to you plans for videos.
Cool video, thanks! ;D

Have you designed any phased array system operating in a Band?
Hi Sabir, we have designed and developed phased arrays that operate from 2GHz to 35GHz. Which frequency range are you interested in?

@@ricksturdivant6380 that is great.. can i purchase phase shifters in this range from you if available?
First link is dead.
Fixed. Thanks.
Hmmmmm... We could do something great here!
Witout a graph it mean nothing
