Is there any way to get the part numbers for the single and double barrel tension gauges?
I would assume the double barrel tension gauge would work well on your chippers

Hi there! The single barrel gauge is part number 900-1919-23 and measures up to 30 ft-lbs. The double barrel gauge is part number 900-1917-02 and measures up to 66 ft-lbs. Either of these can be order by contacting our parts department or your local dealer.

If the cutter wheel belt needs to be at 27 would it need to read 13.5 for double barrel gauge?

Hello! If you're using the double barrel gauge currently available from Bandit (part number 900-1917-02), then yes...total tension is measured by adding together the tension reading on each of the two gauge cylinders. However, this might be different depending on the particular gauge you're using. It's best to consult the directions/manual provided by the manufacturer of your particular gauge.

Do these same belt specs translate over to the zt1844?

The basic concepts are the same, but the specific tensions are different. You should consult your ZT1844 manual for the relevant tension specs. And this video provides an overview of the process for the ZT1844 specifically: th-cam.com/video/TwijRrVvaYU/w-d-xo.html
