  • When members of the Federal Reserve make public statements, investors tend to listen. Over the past 2 decades, central bankers have consistently shared key information about the future trajectory of important inputs like interest rates. The Fed's forward guidance on interest rates amid historic inflation has taken stock markets for a ride in 2022. As investors wait for a pivot, a panel of experts explain why many in the market choose not to fight the Fed.

Basically, I grew up believing we live in a free-market economy and stocks are driven by supply demand, but this year I've learned that we live in a Fed controlled market. Fed decides when stocks go up and down, not business performance. Companies that sold out on their product and hit all their benchmarks still lost 50% of their stock value. It's a manipulated and controlled market to maintain status quo for the rich and elite investors who understand precisely what the Fed is about to do. All the recent layoffs and people suffering job losses were not due to business requirements, but due to Fed's forward guidance.

No it's not. A stock is able to rise based on a company selling everything that's not bolted to the ground. Only because it's in the politics interest what they're doing. A company who sells their businesses gains cash by selling their company. Which in conclusion it would be as if companies would burn up their factories to gain insurances. The market is about who can earn the most at expense of the workers. Once that company scorched earth it has unemployed people and down that pipeline it eventually will decline the economy since they're making themselves rich by making people broke.

I am new to the stock market. Every stock that I bought so far, I was out of luck because I bought them when they were expensive. I feel I missed out on all the stock opportunities so far for the tech stocks.I believe having 75K yearly income would be a good investment so I want to plug all my savings into the stock market. I know this sounds a bit dull but I would like to know if I should learn investing or let somebody else (more capable like a Fin-Advisor) do it for me? Please share your thoughts. I am kind of tired of searching for a good stock to buy and losing all the good opportunities.

People are surprised about this stagflation, but still in denial for years that Fed rates was near zero rates for at least a decade or so ago. Of course eventually the Feds has no choice to raise rates to stave off inflation in recent years. Also Corp Stock Buy Backs instead of more expansion when the rates are at near zero is like with consumers paying their debts with the stimulus checks instead of spending to 'stimulate' and help the economy out during pandemic. Good Intention in theory, but wrong action ended up with bad results in practice.

I hate how much of my limited brainpower has been hijacked to thinking about financial matters. There is too much reward to playing the “investing game” successfully and too much punishment for playing it badly or opting out. I don’t like being coerced into participating in non-productive pushing around of money. Unfortunately, if you don’t invest, all of your efforts will be stolen by the hidden tax of inflation. The people creating this system want as many people trapped running on their hamster wheel as long as possible.

How to be saved and be right with God for eternal life!
1-Admit you’re a sinner and be willing to turn from your own self righteousness to God.
2-Believe onto Jesus Christ, who being the begotten Son of God, died on the cross, was buried and resurrected for the full forgiveness of our sins as a free gift.
3-Confess onto God,asking to be saved accepting this free gift of salvation,
to start a new life being born again after being saved from your sins.
Scripture links below from the King James Bible.
    The romans road to salvation.
1.Romans 3:10, “As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:"
2.Romans 3:23, “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.”
3.Romans 5:8, “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
4.Romans 5:12, “Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for all that have sinned:"
5.Romans 6:23, “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
6.Romans 10:9, “That is thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”
7.Romans 10:13, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
    More scripture.
    John 3:16-17
16."For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
17.”For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.”
    Romans 5:8-9
8."But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
9."Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him."
    1 Corinthians 15:1-4,
    1."Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
2."By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.”
3."For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;”
4."And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:”
More Scripture for how people will act before/in the last days.
    1 Timothy 4:1-5
Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;"
2."Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;”
3."Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth..”
4."For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving”
5."For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.”
    2 Timothy 3:1-7
1."This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come."
2."For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,"
3."Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,"
4."Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;"
5."Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away."
6."For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,"
7."Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth."

These are very valuable rules for anybody who wants to get rich. Unfortunately, most people who will watch this video will not really be able to apply the principles. We may not want to admit, but as Warren Buffett once said, investing is like any other profession-- it requires a certain level of expertise. No surprise that some people are losing a lot of money in the bear market, while others are making hundreds of thousands in profit. I just don't know how they do it. I have about $89k now to put in the market.

Understanding personal finances and investing will most likely lead to greater financial independence. By being knowledgeable about money and investing, individuals can make informed decisions about how to save, spend, and invest their money. I know someone who made over $350k in this recession influenced market, but to the best of my knowledge, it was through a financial advisor.

    • @JaneBlac-
      @JaneBlac- 12 วันที่ผ่านมา

Yeah, financial advisors could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2019, and I return at least $21k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.

The Fed will always have the power to control the Market. It sucks that the new investors are the ones getting hurt the most… I’m one of them and hopefully can learn from this mistake. Free money and low interest rates stocks go up 📈. High interest rates with high inflation stocks go Bye Bye 📉.

Don't be too gloomy, especially if you're new to the market: Just buy when stock prices are down. You don't want to purchase when things are at all time highs, right? It's all cyclical. Fed raising rates will put pressure on stock prices in the short term. But over the long term… investing in broad market funds tends to pay off.
