Normally, for me, something like this would be out of the question, but... residential fridge, no laminate floors, good size shower and bathroom, side radiator with good horsepower, etc., Many things you're not likely to see in a coach like this. A great find at a nice price. Yet another great upload Andrew many thanks for sharing this with us! 👍

Cool coach. I like the fact that it has more basic manual things, all the upgraded high-end gadgets are cool, but they also leave you spending more time at a repair center. And if I were to buy a coach like this that has with the "Pleather" seat coverings, I'd spend extra to have them redone with some high-grade soft leather, you'll never regret it. I ordered a new truck one year and they messed up and sent it with cloth seats so the dealership which also dealt in high-end vehicles and custom interior work said they would redo the seats in a better aftermarket leather "pleather" for me, and I asked how much more would it be to have them done in a high-end two-tone leather, and it was like $650 more so I said fine, and they were the nicest feeling seats I ever sat in. So it was well worth the extra money. lol.
Thor is the only RV manufacturer who has NEVER had a loosing quarter profit wise. They are known for customer service and their design teams constantly reach out to their dealerships in order to know what RVers are saying about their coaches. The Tuscany is a high end coach available in a number of different configurations and while it has become more popular in recent years, it is often overlooked. It's not quite a Prevost but doesn't have the potential maintenance issues as you have pointed out. Would I buy a Tuscany, absolutely!
Its less because its a Thor product, they are not built the same as those big name products you mentioned. It may be equipped well but they are not built the same. it shows the quality of the materials and build quality when little things like the seats wear out with very minimal use. Thor is not known for using high quality products in their coaches, just facts. Nice coach, clean and simple. Someone will enjoy the coach for sure. Great video Andrew as always bringing these to all of us. John gets amazing coaches out there in AZ.

I JUST had my 2 captain chairs, sofa and dining booth re-upholstered on my 2014 Thor ACE with a commercial grade fabric. ALL my interior was peeling. It's sad. We all spend a lot of money on these coaches and their upholstery is JUNK.
Nice floor plan but the furniture fabric is bad, that stuff is junk and all of it will be bad in no time. Similar floor plan as either the Tiffin 37AP or 40AP, especially the bathroom.

Gosh that’s a nice coach, great floor plan, John points out all the highlights, independent front suspension and 450 Cummings, same like Dutch Star.

Never seen a side radiator on a Thor, Nice! What is the roof material, fiberglass or “Rubber”?
