Considering how gravity is the reason we don't have functional superheavy landcraft on our planet, youre probably right. But even than the coalition most likrly had a good amount of trouble keeping their carrier design from sinking into the sands.
They managed to get 1 more artifact the moment before it hits zero and manage to get another before the baserunner was destroyed. Talk about close calls! That was a great match to watch.
This has to be the best 3v3 you've ever cast. I was on the edge of my seat from start to finish. I want to give a shoutout to Sundered Echo as well, because peep the color scheme on his carrier. He loves Kiith Manaan just as much (if not more) than I do, and his Coalition meta is basically an elaborate Manaan roleplay. LAV swarms, Assault Cruisers, Railguns (every glass cannon in the Coal arsenal), Supercarrier builds. And the artillery, that synergizes really well with that unit combo. Would have loved to see a swarm of strike fighters from him. Or even a Tac Stack - aka that 3 bomber build that Empty loves. Also, that carrier bodyblock? Peak Manaan.
I love these 3v3's! Once you get used to this scale of battle, it's hard to excited for the smaller matches, at least for me. Also, just an opinion, but I still feel the Kharak DLC is very overpriced. Would've been fine if they were an entirely new faction, like the Arachnid Horde, instead of sub-factions that share most of the units and characteristics of the main teams. Maybe they at least could've added a few unique campaign missions that showcased the new tweaks, instead of nothing.
I agree about the epic 3v3 matches. Just wish we had more maps. Can't really agree on the DLC price, personally. $7 is nothing. I've gotten so much value out of those purchases. The factions play quite differently. I suppose it will come down to how much you play.
Hey, I watched your Coalition vs. 3 AI tutorial, and saw you didn't use aircraft. I was wondering if you had a strategy that utilizes aircraft effectively?
Against the AI? After you hold their aggro and have map presence you can do whatever you want really. The AI is kinda dumb tbh. I just didn't use aircraft on that particular time. Just make sure your timing is good. Launch them when you know the AI can't launch theirs.
Look forward to playing in the tourney, maybe put on the steam group so more people know about it? Also sick game, feel like it's a bit of a shame they played on this map, because Team 1 has such a long list of advantages.
awww man you missed the most clutch artifact recovery in history, if you watch the timer at 31:57 right before the epic carrier battle the other team was just holding out because they had the advantage in artifacts. However during the carrier brawl our team extracted one more just seconds before the timer ran out!

Hi dreamlands. I always have the feeling that Gaalsien is the underdog faction in current MP games. Can you make several videos about Gaalsien tactics which can counter that of aggressive style Coalition players?
im sorry, im new to the game, so i dont know how the game works so this is a sincere question: is this high lvl play and is bunching up units normal? for instance min 19:43
There are some good players in this game, but I wouldn't necessarily call it the highest level play. 3v3 is much different than competitive 1v1, so it typically results in bigger battles with more unit grouping

turn the frikkin hud back on. u turn it off during the most tense parts of the battle which kills the tension for the viewer bc we cant see the unit's health -- which is fine for like, a moment but then u leave it off for so long

yeah this map is certainly not the most balanced. The real shame is only having 2 maps for 3v3..

Does this game have low, medium or high online activity?
Compared to something like sc2, low. But there is a playerbase, and you can find games all the time, primarily if you are on the Discord
