Not the loudest setup but for one 15 with a custom bow and woofer makes it a good video I think. It was playing down to 26Hz on one of his songs and still demoing into the mid 40Hz ranges very well. Very music subwoofer box for sure. Thanks for watching!

sounds clear though nice job I normally put screws every 3 inches though and use liquid nails to help seal things up nicely and use t nuts to mount sub inside box with a little bit of lock tight

The glue is whats holding up the box, not the screws.

If i can remember it was 15.5 tall 32wide 20 deep...my new box 15tall 35 wide 23 deep
@@team_no_games_rell5656 I bought a 15" prefab box but I can't fit it in the trunk. I will just have to put it in the back seat and when I have the kids take it out.

A lil smaller box would sound better, that bass sounds like the box is to big thats why it isnt quite as lood as it should and sounds floppy.

Depends on power/tuning. General any single sub trunk build doing mid 40dbs is decent yes.

Shitty MDF.
Use BIrch 3/4's inch ply. Beautiful, and no cracking wood with bulging corners. that box won't survive long.
MDF is just shit imo, so weak and break easily. Weighs a ton too, about the same as the birch but less strength.
It was my 2nd box i ever built....i had just started learning how to build.....lol
Technically msg has better since better sub freq bandwidth then birch birch can make subs sound boomy

+J Wall yeah true. U should gain at least a couple of db's just by dynomat your trunk lid. u can even double layer. Again Nice set up . I used to have a single 15 setup, one of my favorites
billy Johnson & J Wall this is a nice setup. 143 dB is really good from a single 15 in the trunk. Especially facing in the trunk. 2500 watt amp considering impedence rise probably giving about 1200 watts. I’d say it’s a great number.
