Lived in Shorewood for 20 years and I loved that little place I miss it everyday.
Hopefully I can get back to Wisconsin one day…

As far as nightlife goes - a lot of Friday and Saturday nights on a warm summer evening it can be completely quiet.
On a random night there can be a packed bar.

You bet! I wish I could crank out more videos, but clients are always first and I an on pace to close about 50 transactions (personally) this year and that's a bit more than a full time job already :-) is there any specific topic that you would like me to cover?

My late wife was a mail carrier in Shorewood back in the day when it was a rarity. Needless to say we couldn't afford to live there.

@@MarcusMKE Marcus, we moved to North Carolina in the 70s. Wife and kids all had health concerns exacerbated by the cold winter. We love it here but Milwaukee is a very special place with great people

Looks like where all the professional athletes would raise a family. Ron Santo should've moved here after the Cubs and become a Brewer. Than after 3-4 yrs as a 3rd baseman/ designated hitter , he'd make the hall of fame

There are a few I believe, also in Whitefish Bay and Bayside. I thought Bob Uecker lives there, but Google says he is Menomonee Falls

So is Shorewood a suburb of Milwaukee or a neighborhood of Milwaukee? I live in South Loop Chicago, and thinking 💭 really hard about moving here. Please advise. Thanks 🙏🏽

The Village of Shorewood is a municipality in Milwaukee County, not to be confused with the City of Milwaukee. But when we are traveling outside of Wisconsin and someone asks, we generally refer to everything in the Metroarea, including 19 municipalities and parts of the surrounding counties simply as "from Milwaukee"
