Back at the cabin, heavy rain pours down, causing the sidewalls to dampen, reminding the family of the challenges of rural life. 🌧️ Despite these obstacles, Salahaddin returns home determined to make progress for his family and village. 💪🏡

저번에 tv에서 같이
볶고 반짠을 했어도
부부가 자기 체질대로
가려서 각자 먹으니
몸이 좋아지더라구요
그런 실험을 몇년전
본게 기억나네요
그리고 햄버거등
인스탄트만 먹이고도
실험을 했는데
그 청년 건강이 너무
나빠져서 실험 기간을
못 채우고 일주일 만인가 스톱 했던
방송도 있었어요
우리 몸은 물론
체질을 타고도 나지만
음식속에 약도 있고
병도 있다는 진리를
입증하는
실험이 되었어요
그러니 환자가 장기적으로 병 때문에
꾸준히 먹는 것은
꼭 체질과 맞아야 합니다
열이 많은 체질인데
계속 열나는 음식은
먹어주면 더 열이나서
종양등이 악화 되겠죠
그런 원리입니다

알수 있어요
평소 내가 화가
많은지
화가 없는 성격인지

Some videos of Saladin are hard to watch. This definitely is one. Bless his heart he does have a lot going on. The rainy season has just begun and the roads are getting impassable. The cabin is absorbing rain water. Thankfully he took time from drying in the cabin to make a chicken coup. Wouldn’t want the chicks to get wet. Probably he will get cabin dried in before water drips to floors. As much as I love Saladin and his family it’s hard to see side videos of weddings, fishing and family gatherings when you know there’s much work to be done before leisure time. Seeing Saladin standing in cabin with sad eyes makes my heart go out to his family because we definitely know where his priorities lie. Love to you. As always looking forward to tomorrow’s video.
