Wow. The non disturbance of the zoom with the scale change is awesome. previsoily i had to zoom in again and again, brinign the dimeisions closer witne the defaults were too big

Ha ha, still getting used to it myself. I change the first dimension and expect the geometry to update. Takes me a second to realize all is good.

hi Dave, I cannot show model annotations once they are erased so I have to draw the model again. Could you please let me know how to fix it? Thanks

Hi, I ended up here because I had problems offsetting a chain of lines and arcs on a simple sketch. In Creo 9, you only have the option to offset element by element, not the whole chain. To resolve this, I have found that you have to do two sketches, one with the original chain and another one using the offset tool. If you want to have the original chain, also use the project tool in the same sketch that you have the offset.
I do not know if there is an easier and faster way of offsetting a chain, although I would be pleased if someone tells me how.

Use the Shift key. You do not have to offset element by element. You do not have to create two sketches.

Thanks for your quick response. I tried, I saw the helping message in yellow under the tool, but it did not work @@CADPLMGuy I am using the student edition of Creo 9.0.0.0 In addition, what you say worked perfectly using the project, but not for the offset.

What version of Creo are you in? I’m using the defaults of whatever version I created this in.
