Try again after watching Ana's response short! The formula is very different on purpose and I am giving her much benefit of the doubt after watching her explain the best way to apply it. I feel like it's great to start getting more variety in formula types because every nail tech has their own preferences. I'm not a nail tech so I really don't know any better than you guys, but I watch a lot of anacrylics videos, and I believe there's a certain way to work with her products, she said that her products are made to be mold and shape while working not drag like any others brands... And after picking a bead, you can wait maybe few seconds before applying it... Maybe you just have to learn how to use it better, because every brand is different on their own...
So glad someone didn't buy into the hype. Her acrylics are so slow setting and her demo videos never show her actually BUILDING a nail, just putting a layer of product on a tip.
Did I say anything about managing it?No. I commented that it's irritatingly slow setting and she's over hyped. You two could stand to learn to read before defending her.
I’ve been a nail technician for 2 years now (licensed for a year and a half), and I bought the Anacrylics Halloween 2021 collection last year, the glow in the dark one. I thought it was gonna be good, but I don’t really like them. Their texture is weird for me (but I’m sure I’m just used to how fast regular acrylic dries) but that collection also sticks to the brush for me. I also don’t like the way it files either. It seems super hard and there’s not a whole bunch of dust. They’re also not super pigmented either, so when I did an ombré with one of them, I would have to do multiple thin layers until it wasn’t see through. It also drives me crazy that they don’t dry faster. The colors also separate with them too. I thought that the color separation was normal for glow in the dark pigments, but now I’m seeing that it’s not supposed to be normal for any type of powders. Honestly, I think it might be fine for beginners who just need to work with what they have when they’re in school and such (affordable and slow-setting), although they might need to start using higher quality powders and monomers once they get the hang of it. As someone who’s been using acrylic constantly for the last 2 years, I don’t think the Anacrylics brand is very good.
Ive noticed with anacrylics products i need to almost "mold" instead if build if that makes sense... Its more if a polygel consistency only its an acrylic lol but with polygel you mold it to the shape you want acrylic you more less "layer" the product to build an apex... I hope im wording this correctly
Again, another great video. Thank you so much. I learn so much from you and I feel that I am more confident in my work because I feel like I finally have a teacher who explains everything so wonderfully. Thank you my love. Have a beautiful week x

i pauzed the video after 4 minutes to look at the comments and see if i am the only one who thinks this is an awful acrylic... i am not alone. looks grainy, the color separates and honestly if something says "cover" i expect it to cover... i have semi transparent pink but i knew what i was buying cause it said on the box so. not to mention it looks so hard to apply and i understand anastasia doesnt want to say bad things but as she said it doesnt clog the brush much, the brush was literally clogged way more beyond "not much" . this is a beginner's nightmare, why is it trending again? edit1: i reached the part where anastasia uses it on her client, yes, i did notice youre still using your old brush, no good brushes will be harmed in this video :D . edit2: nooooo dont recommend it for beginners.... edit3: design awesome as always but this acrylic looks weird even when dry. i dont comment on youtube videos, but this product just pulled a reaction so strong in me to reach out and say nooooooo
You can tell a lot about an influencer based on their fandom. And this comment section has taught me quite a lot about Anacrylics. The way that her fans are reacting to a very kind review done by an international nail educator is astonishing. If I were Anacrylics I would be mortified by the behavior of my fans. Anastasia, another excellent review. The nails turned out wonderfully despite the challenges you faced due to the product.
But it doesn’t mean that they are wrong. She is using the product not correctly. It’s supposed to be molded and not dragged. Check out other reviews and you can see the difference in application.
I find they look better when she does it because she always does such thick beads? Thank you for doing this review video! Have you tried the youtuber Suzie nail career education?
I think another reason why Anacrylics’ powder works how she does it, is because she’s also not building a nail so she doesn’t have to worry about structure too much
ive been watching you for almost 2 years now and im just now finding out you're in NC too! and only about 30 minutes away from me! i guess it really is a small world😂
I appreciate your review but I don’t like these products. Honestly even in her videos I don’t like the acrylic and how it applies. You made it work but I wouldn’t recommend these to no one at the moment. If he formula changed for the better I’d definitely recommend.
I think someone should send this video to miss ana, her attitude towards honest reviews seems to be rude and uptight. Her products aren't that good in my opinion, I find the formula to be odd.. she claims that we have to give it a "second" to form but... nail techs don't want to wait for a product to set, we need it to work when we want it too.

Honestly ana acrylic is for non professional home diyers that don’t know any better and buy into the hype. 🤷🏻♀️ I’ve never see a real licensed nail tech use her over priced low Quality product.
Not a chance. That all looks awful to work with. Doesn't stick to the brush? I can see it sticking. The way it drags is terrible. I wouldn't say a beginner should choose this at all. You are struggling yourself to lay the bead and put it in place. Hard no. Dear new techs, this isn't going on well for this pro, it won't go on well for you.
@ello betches I agree with you completely. I was like OK??? Am I missing something here? They clog your brush, they marble, the drag is horrible and they take forever to set! No way would these be helpful for a beginner!
How you swatch the products doesn't look very easy to use, especially from here videos, looks different But I guess it's all about technique with her products...dk cause I've never use them
I have a problem with using monomer in my house (the smell). How strong is this one compared to other brands (such as Young Nails for example which I find is super strong smelling)?
I personally don't think these acrylics would be helpful for a beginner at all. Your brush definitely gets clogged which is annoying, they are gritty and chalky and they take forever to set up. I am by no means an acrylic expert, I work with gel, but I've used several brands and this brand was a struggle!
It doesn't get clogged when used right. It only gets in the brush when you just brush the acrylic down. You gotta mold it, not brush it down. Her acrylic is different than others
@@alexryyan Are you a nail tech, or just another stan parroting this mold, don't swipe nonsense? I already know the answer, because I am a tech. Because nails are not meant to be built with colored acrylic. Do you know why? I know that you don't, because you aren't a tech! Y'all need to understand that this is not for dragging it's for moulding. Each acrylic brand is different and they have different consistencies, I understand that you don't like the formula, it prolly doesn't suit your liking. But maybe you should try to use it properly.
Okay, so I might be wrong but, I've watched Ana's videos and she said her products aren't for brushing and it's mostly for dragging slowly. Am I wrong?
you are using the product wrong besti. you are supposed to tap it nod drag it. anacrylics literally has a video on her channel explaining how to use it.💀
Why do u put ur brush straight in the acrylic? I normally see people put one side of the brush so all the acrylic is on one side not both. Is there a reason for that?
I also heard that she made her acrylics to be molded not dragged down the nail like regular acrylic she made it to be puffy like I haven't tried it yet but not sure how it works ....but I guess it separates a little
Um, hi, so ive noticed with this brand your supposed to kind of shape it, not drag the brush. It’s made to be patted into place and thats why it dries slower, idk if that changes your view of the product but i just thought i should add it
From what i learned from anacrylics you need to do only one swipe not multiple swipe (when u try to swipe the monomer) and i think thats what messed it up (sorry if i dont make any sense i know nothing)
I have never done acrylics but I don’t get what the hype is with stuff. Her nails never look that good to me. There’s another nail girl who has millions of followers on tiktok and her nails are garbage. She just makes cool videos. You are actually a talented nail tech first and then a TH-camr.
Hey! The nails seem a bit transparent...I’m here to help! I’ve seen ANACRYLICS and when they showcase the nails it’s very bright not too bright but still bright, Here’s how to get that :3 Don’t use too much monomer! ANACRYLICS told us not to use that much since it’ll get a tiny bit transparent So don’t use too much monomer and look at the difference!!! (Please tell me if I’m wrong but don’t attack me)
Y'all, it isn't runny if used properly. Check out her tik toks before you use it. You are meant to grab large relatively drier beads, let them sit on the brush for a few seconds then apply with one bead. Don't brush it down, u need to mold it. Pat it into place slowly. Don't like flame her brand because you use it wrong. No hate btw just tryna defend a good brand

@@tonyagrays that’s very true. I suppose I shouldn’t give anything a miss until I’ve tested something myself how it is meant to be used.
So glad someone didn't buy into the hype. Her acrylics are so slow setting and her demo videos never show her actually BUILDING a nail, just putting a layer of product on a tip.
I love hers, just using it wrong prolly
That's cuz it's not meant to "brush it" ur supposed to mould it!
Have a beautiful week x
i love nail stickers but you make it so obvious how special it is to do art by hand!
the consistency is weird and seems hard to work with
its actually insanely easy to work with. You just need to do it right
I hate it if you are use to butter acrylic don’t use this brand
This set of nails are amazing!! Love the art.
Thank you! Cheers!
Waaaaiiitttt!!!! YOU ARE IN NC?? AND IN MY CITY!! And around my same area??? Omg!! That’s awesome!! I work at Duke and live not too far from there. I need to come to you for a set of nails! And some lessons.
i pauzed the video after 4 minutes to look at the comments and see if i am the only one who thinks this is an awful acrylic... i am not alone. looks grainy, the color separates and honestly if something says "cover" i expect it to cover... i have semi transparent pink but i knew what i was buying cause it said on the box so. not to mention it looks so hard to apply and i understand anastasia doesnt want to say bad things but as she said it doesnt clog the brush much, the brush was literally clogged way more beyond "not much" . this is a beginner's nightmare, why is it trending again? edit1: i reached the part where anastasia uses it on her client, yes, i did notice youre still using your old brush, no good brushes will be harmed in this video :D . edit2: nooooo dont recommend it for beginners.... edit3: design awesome as always but this acrylic looks weird even when dry. i dont comment on youtube videos, but this product just pulled a reaction so strong in me to reach out and say nooooooo
I really like the final result, very pastel goth!
Ooo yesssss! I’m so glad you’re reviewing this! I’ve been tempted to get some from her and I don’t even do acrylic anymore 😂
Your screen name makes me smile. 😁👍
@@glorygloryholeallelujah 🤗😈🤪💜
I love it,it really looks pretty and I like the slow setting ,.. tysmfs 😉
Oh I really love the nails turned out absolutely beautiful and I love the way that you did the Halloween theme on the pastel absolutely beautiful
never disappointed with your design choices ....tysm for posting and sharing with us ! 💗💅🏽
Thank you! 😊
Ana herself is a whiney brat, so I'm not surprised her fans act like this
But it doesn’t mean that they are wrong. She is using the product not correctly. It’s supposed to be molded and not dragged. Check out other reviews and you can see the difference in application.
Hand painted spooky design is SOOOO CUTE
This design is so cute!
I'm in love with those nailsssss
I find they look better when she does it because she always does such thick beads? Thank you for doing this review video! Have you tried the youtuber Suzie nail career education?
I thought the same thing about the larger beads. She also seems to do a lot of filing.
Can we just appreciate how🎅 the purple acrylic matches the background
I've never seen her react to any reviews, good or bad. Where did you see her react with an attitude? Just curious.
@@Meech817 ikr, everyone's saying that 'she is too busy sending her fans to troll on anyone that gives a bad review she won't reply for customer service blah blah but last time I checked it was only her and her bf behind this all, they might not have much time....? Everyone has an opinion. You don't like it, ok. Atleast don't spread fake rumours....🤷♀️
I didn't find this to be an honest review at all. She's a professional. She knows how acrylics should work. I think she was just trying to say things in a nice way.
@@Meech817 Ana posted a video tutorial on how her acrylics work, tagging tiktok user EnchantedValleyNails saying “hope this helps boo😘” after they did a review calling her acrylics “chalky”. Ana took the video down after she received a lot of backlash.
I love that art!!!!
I love to see a new video posted by you. Your skill level makes all of your opinions so valuable. Thanks so much for sharing with us
Your nail art is adorable! 😍💅☺️
I spent $145 on this and I HATE it. It’s chalky dry and never blends.
These are so cute boy you sure can whip out the Artist in you. Lol beautiful
Everyone coming for her application doesn’t know that your not supposed to build up a nail with colored acrylic. Honestly ana acrylic is for non professional home diyers that don’t know any better and buy into the hype. 🤷🏻♀️ I’ve never see a real licensed nail tech use her over priced low Quality product.
Thank you! This comment section is like bizarro world! 🤣
I can't wait to buy it, thanks!
Thank you for the review. I value your opinion.
@@skyesunshines1471 not meant to be dragged ITS SUPPOSED TO BE MOULDED
I personally liked it because I am used to using different gel products and polygel so I’m used to having lots of time to work with the product
How you swatch the products doesn't look very easy to use, especially from here videos, looks different
But I guess it's all about technique with her products...dk cause I've never use them
Yes, it takes longer to apply as it sets slow
I have a problem with using monomer in my house (the smell). How strong is this one compared to other brands (such as Young Nails for example which I find is super strong smelling)?
Lovee the nails tho😍
That looks wonderful.
YEEEEESSS FIIINALLYYYYYYYY!!!!!! THANK YOU SOO MUTCH !!!!! 😂❤️
btw i love how the nails turned out i might do the same desighn for myself 💕
These are adorable! Love the ghost🥰👻🎃
Beautiful as always ❤
This Halloween set is adorable 👌🙆♀️😍 I'm not a big fan of acrylic nails, but this product looks interesting 🤔😃
Thank you 🤗
I love Anacrylics!!
I don't even like acrylic but I love your videos
There very pretty I think this would help me this acrylic powder as i do struggle learning myself at home 🥰🥰🥰
Love watching your videos and love this set its so cute tyfs 💚💜
Thanks so much! 😊
Beautiful☺️☺️😍😍
These work wonderfully as dip powders. So if you like dip nails try these for dipping.
Great tip! thanks
Pay 15$ to use them for dip? Not worth it
@@i.8885 if you already own it then trying it for dip makes sense to me. I am not saying buy It for that specifically but if you own it why not?
But keep lecturing someone who has been doing this for years and has a track record above reproach. But I get that she isn't your newest fave from tiktok.
Yaaaaas! Thank you for this review... Love the results! 😍
Have you watched any of her shorts here on TH-cam? I know she has 1 on how to use her acrylics 😉
Cute design on this set
Yes, I watched some but not the one on how to use it 🤭😄
I think she tends to use larger beads and does more filing. Perhaps the product works better with that style?
@@mwise1016 I don't think she necessarily dose more filing. I think she just uses the color with no clear. But I'm not sure. I don't have any of her acrylics but I do make my own for me and they act about the same. Only mine don't marble like the cover pink one of hers
@@mwise1016 who honestly wants to work like that though? Me personally try my hardest to get the least amount of filing 😁🤣
Your drawing is amazing
What type of detail brush is that? Its so little bitty😍
Am I wrong?
maybe y’all should watch her tutorials on how to use her products
you are using the product wrong besti. you are supposed to tap it nod drag it. anacrylics literally has a video on her channel explaining how to use it.💀
I'm curious which factory anacrylics uses to make her product
Ana is amazing
Just a tip u should use the acrylic by molding the acrylic not swiping it so u pick up a big bead and mold it kind of not drag it.
YAY ! Happy to be this early !! 💖✨
Why do u put ur brush straight in the acrylic? I normally see people put one side of the brush so all the acrylic is on one side not both. Is there a reason for that?
Cute nails!
Her products work better with a patting motion instead of dragging
If you’re in North Carolina you’re there at the best time, scarowinds is my favorite.
I recommend u using a bigger and rounder bead
And also a better brush which doesn't leave a shapeless messy ends
I have never done acrylics but I don’t get what the hype is with stuff. Her nails never look that good to me. There’s another nail girl who has millions of followers on tiktok and her nails are garbage. She just makes cool videos. You are actually a talented nail tech first and then a TH-camr.
When u use it irl it’s literally amazing the person reviewing is dragging the acrylic when it’s supposed to be patted
1 nice 2 pretty 3 nice 4 i like it
I think you need to tap the acrylic instead of brushing it. Thats why it’s looking clear
Thank you! :)
By the look of it it reminds me of model ones acrylic the way it's applying.......
Hey! The nails seem a bit transparent...I’m here to help!
I’ve seen ANACRYLICS and when they showcase the nails it’s very bright not too bright but still bright,
Here’s how to get that :3
Don’t use too much monomer! ANACRYLICS told us not to use that much since it’ll get a tiny bit transparent
So don’t use too much monomer and look at the difference!!!
(Please tell me if I’m wrong but don’t attack me)
Separation of the colours has most likely to do with the type of ingredients of the pigment.
I feel so bad for Anacrylics no one gave it a fair chance in my opinion
It’s honestly just bad tbh
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Y'all, it isn't runny if used properly. Check out her tik toks before you use it. You are meant to grab large relatively drier beads, let them sit on the brush for a few seconds then apply with one bead. Don't brush it down, u need to mold it. Pat it into place slowly. Don't like flame her brand because you use it wrong. No hate btw just tryna defend a good brand
that consistency is cringe lol maybe on very short nails but guuurl i need my acrylic to work for me lol my arm is already about to fall off i cant!!!
