Get creative. There's lots of different things you can do with an a4 page protector. Just remember you need holes along one side and have a play. Use washi tape to seal edges if you need to. Fold one into the same shape as the cd wallets and make one with a closure/flap. You can also make large pockets or even use it landscape and make one that fold out for larger items.
