My current laptop used to freak out similarly to you. If you have an Nvidia Graphics card or a intel UHD CPU integrated graphics driver, try turning it off then on again in Device Manager. Go to Device Manager > Display Drivers > (whichever graphics driver you have), then disable. Windows should default to use another or none. Then, re- enable it. This could be a result of it getting too hot btw so find ways to cool it down
@@transitcity I do know about computers a little bit, maybe try replacing the graphics card, judging by how problematic the glitches are I don't think a driver will really cut it, if there's more problems aside from the graphics card failing, or if a new graphics card doesn't fix it, I say you need to get a newer laptop. But it's all up to you, I don't know if I might be right. The best idea I know is to take the computer to a repair place so they can see the issue.
