That's like kinda VIP treatment, you don't need to wait in line they would come to your desk and collect all docs and u wld be given immediate assistance and also some tea cofee etc

is separate cover letter required for all the applicants if we are a family of 3 people including an infant?

You need to wait, if you pay more money to travel agents they may book you a free slot but at the end of the day there's no guarantee
