      But continuing to allow private banks to have control of our entire money supply, lending it to, and creating it for us, out of thin air, as interest bearing bank notes that can never be repaid (seeing as all money is actually loaned as debt (plus interest)).
      Which means the value of your currency will continue to be *STOLEN* thru inflation, spend 20 years to save $250,000 by the time you are ready to use it, it is *worth* less than $150,000. Your time, money and essentially your *life* have been stolen thru this insidious stealth tax.
      "Make Canada Great Again"...Laughable.
      But if you are serious can start by addressing the *root* cause, or please just sit down and don't encourage them...
      You could also admit 2 planes bringing 3 buildings down into their own footprints is unicorn farts.

    Can Justin leave in 2017 instead ?? And replace him with the real deal because we need jobs WE NEED JOBS, WE NEED JOBS. I'm sick of debt I'm sick of having a useless degree, I'm sick of living pay to pay. I'm sick of working 2 jobs to make ends meet.
    Kevin O'Leary hopefully is genuine.

      It's not the crappy lifestyle choices. None of the people I know are growing and improving their finances like our parents did in this country. It's true we are a generation that spends more. But the issue now is that there's no money to be spent. Before being quick to judge lifestyle choice maybe you should think a little further and get to know the person you're talking to.
      I've been to university, I have 2 jobs, I live in a basement of a smoker to save money, I've never done drugs, I barely ever drink. No lifestyle choice is wrong, the issue is that there is no lifestyle.
      No one would know unless you invest your money in another country or you know people who live in another country. Even people in third world have a GDP bigger then ours. I make more money on my little investment of 13000$ in Lebanon, then all my effort and all my money and everything I have here. That is not appealing for anyone. Reconsider lifestyle choices bud.

      Eddy Hourani As a business owner I see very little motivation and drive among Canadian entrepreneurs. We are too used to importing everything and relying on the US like children. I didn't mean your personal life choices but you mentioned having a useless degree. Wasting money on a useless degree is the fault of the individual I would assume. Everything is business, supply and demand after all regardless of who's prime minister.

      No, that wasn't on Dragon's Den, that was on The Lang/O'Leary Exchange and it was during a serious debate on social programs. On Dragon's Den he once said he wanted to make money off of a contestants death. Look it up.

    • @StephenLeGresley
      @StephenLeGresley 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      No I'm not, I did watch the entire debate. he said he was glad there was starving and poor people, his own words. He said it helps "motivate" them. And no not everyone has opportunities or the ability to rise out of poverty and certainly not to do it on their own in all cases.

    • @StephenLeGresley
      @StephenLeGresley 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      First off it's a much different time then when your father came here. The cost of living is at an all time high. Rent costs are ever increasing. Food costs are at an all time high and yes environment does play a role in someones success.
      Rich kids dont have to work and go to school so they have more time to focus on their assignments. Starving kids tend not to do well academically because it's a little hard to focus in class when your stomach aches with hunger.
      Many hard working people lose their jobs due to downsizing or outsourcing and have a hard time getting a new job because of their age.
      The cost of tuition keeps climbing which puts students in huge debts so they have to leave school and work whatever they can find instead of pursuing a career in the job they actually trained for.
      Many people have disabilities that severely limit jobs they can do and there is no educational support out there for them to train for jobs that can accommodate them.
      The exception is not the rule. Because one person succeeds does not mean everyone else can the same way or as easily.

      who said it was instant? it takes time to set up for systematic destruction. the country is falling apart as we speak. i find it glorious in a stressful sort of way because that is going to be a huge economic void coming our way. its like save everything now because its going to get rough soon time. and that's for everyone like a boulder in a pond bad. like it will eventually settle sure but its going to be long and its going to be hard

    • @DevinKoks
      @DevinKoks 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      i live in canda i understand. sure we could use some hard business savy types in politics but to do a complete 180 will have the same effect that is happening in america. social programs are not bad but there needs to be a focus on unemployment rates, lower taxes on the middle class. tax cuts for entrepreneurs and job creators wouldn't be too terrible. but one thing that would definitely help out the millenias at least is fewer job restrictions. one major problem here in canada is a degree is practically worthless because people only hire other people with atleast 2+ years experience for almost any gien job that isn't minimum wage or general labour. so finding a job that doesn't require it in the given field of choice is next to impossible.

    Get rid of O'Leary now! "Donald Trump Light"...the full version of Trump is a nightmare...we don't need another monster. His announcement on Your Morning show makes me nauseous...listen to Arlene Dickinson.

    Good luck Mr. Wonderful! I hope you do win your party's nomination and make Canada as successful and prosperous as Trump will make our country. I donated $100 to Trump so I can donate at least $50 to our friends to the North. I'll be looking for your donation page... and I've never even been to Canada.
