He's here at the Cambodian New Years Celebration in Stockton and I went today. I got the smoked brisket and spareribs with the garlic noodles and Cambodian coconut corn. Easily some of the best BBQ I have ever had. If you have an opportunity, go hop in line, its worth it!

Yup Bong Chad’s BBQ was the best food stall at Wat Dhammararam this year, I had the brisket, after he sold out on the last day he even went in the crowd and danced. So humble excellent food!

you should. i left LB a year ago and moved to vegas. I used to go to this restaurant called Kim Sun (Cherry and Market St. North Side LB; try that place too), and the BBQ guy was there on the weekends. I tried a few times, it's pretty bomb!!
