जानिए कैसे क्लब्फूट के सफल इलाज़ के बाद आप घर पर बच्चे के पैर के कसरत कर सकते हैं।क्लबफूट के प्लास्टर के इलाज के बाद बच्चे को जूटे पहनाना और पंजे के व्यायाम करना अत्यंत आवश्यक है। ऐसा नही करने से पैर वापस ठेडे हो जाते हैं और पुनः प्लास्टर या सर्जरी की जरूरत पड़ती है। माता पिता को कसरतों को समझना जरूरी है जिससे की प्लास्टर से सीधे किये गए पैरों को ऑपरेशन की जरूरत न पडे।
यह कसरत आपको दिन में 8 से 10 बार करना है। हर बार एक पैर को 8 से 10 बार व्यायाम कराना है।
क्लब्फूट का इलाज समझेंI Club foot is a common birth defect detected by ultrasound during pregnancy. Ponseti method for clubfoot is the standard treatment worldwide. This is a comprehensive guide for parents with babies born with Congenital Club foot (CTEV or Talipes deformity). After correction of clubfoot deformity it is imperative that the parents continue to do the stretching exercises to prevent relapse. Non compliance to the exercise protocol predisposes to partial recurrence of the deformity.
