My mom passed 25 years and I came home motivated to create a pants for the very same reasons I sat at her hip in 7th grade and started sewing, quality garments and pants that are long enough. When marking the full length ,did you minus any inches for the band at the waist or u just marked your full length and added a separate inch from the main length to the band???
