Kul att du gillade den. Jag har kollat och det går inte att redigera ljudnivån på ett enkelt sätt i efterhand. Men vi tar lärdom för nästa uppladdning. Fler videor kommer! 😉

Great tutorial but can you up the audio next episode? I had a hard time understanding you while my tablet was on 100% volume. Just a minor suggestion! 😊

Very attractive and productive flies you tie. I have fished pike in Canada and North US for over 60 years, tried all sort of leaders. Found that making ones similar to yours but using nylon coated ,stranded stainless braided jewelry wire is strong , very flexible durable and easy to cast. Never broken or lost a b one yet from leader failure.....
Same for small sharks and Cuda !! TIGHT LINES. FLY GUY

Mr. Nicholas, Thank you very much for sharing your experiences with others. You explain very well and completely. I watch your films from Iran. Wigley teal is not found in Iran. Please tell me how I can make it and what materials I should use. Thank you

Watched your videos for years.. You are a fishing scholar and gentleman. However, reading a comment below I kind of agree... Up the audio, and make the fly room less like a bedroom and less beige. Turn up the lights on everything, room audio, music (not muzak). Clean the tying bench before doing close ups on products. Just saying because I think your great advice needs to be complimented with the right presentation.

Thanks alot! Everything you need to know in one video 👍. Do you use different diameters of nylon/fluoro for the different weightclasses for pike? For example the 0,60mm for 10 weight and 0,50 for a 9 weight; or do you just adapt the Diameter like you said to the situation (trees, getting stuck etc.) and the weightclass doesnt really matter. Tack så mycket!

      Hi man
Big Thanks, No i don’t, it’s more about the size of flies, and underwater structure. Really big flies and lots of underwater structure and the chance for big fish I use 0,60mm FC.

Thanks. Do you ever use swivels on your pike leaders. I started putting them between the monofilament I use and the bite wire. I find it keeps everything from getting twisted when the roll while I’m netting them.

I know you have caught thousands of Pike on that method of making traces, but I just cannot get the confidence to use that method. I would be worried the join is not strong enough. I whip my traces and then use a UV epoxy to seal the whipping.
