Cool man. I have been using my spinning rod and a 1/16 ounce jig and a white Mr. Twister 3 inch curly tail. Brownies in town, in a hard fished catch and release section make idiots out of them selves over it. I feel kinda guilty cause I tie a lot of flies…..I asked my shop in Boulder Colorado to find some wiggle tails. Hope they find them some so I can catch em without the guilt trips. Thanks for sharing man.

Thanks for the great tutorial- quick question: why do you have a "hook for tail" but you do not seem to use the hook? Why not just have a straight shank? What is the hook actually doing to keep the wiggle tail on when it seems like the threads are really holding it on? Thx.

The thread is thight around the shank and the hook (he cut) is larger then the shank and threads so they cant pass true easely. I hope i explained this in a mannor you understand. Greetings
