These are so creative and beautiful! I've never even seen some of these! I think all of them could have worked with less stuff. Just the orange and rosemary heart, one blackberry and cucumber flower, both the roses without the triangles, and the grape heart with two blueberries would have all looked beautiful and simple. I'm totally saving this video for the ideas and techniques!

Hello! Usually I make a big batch of garnishes (for gin tastings event we run) about 3 hours ahead but haven't tried storing them for 24 hours ahead. Im sure some fruits would keep better than others. But I suggest making sure you store them in an airtight container so they don't dry out in the fridge :) If you try , let me know how it turns out!
yoh! 6 months later...yes you can store them. in water for 1 day. in citricacid solution for 3-4 days. If you'd like a longer lasting solution I'd recommend dried or pickled garnish
