It almost 15 years now my father had his office in byculla for almost 40 years n then we shifted to Navi mumbai...so he decided to give it on rent ...2 to 3 years it was going well I got married my elder brother who is handicap it was suppose to support him for life the shop...suddenly one day there was lock on the door when daddy asked the rent person why is it lock he said he is in village that is why so daddy let it go and then few months later daddy ask him to vacate the shop he said he is no longer owner of the shop...he have sold it to 3rd party n the 3rd party was a goon😢😢😢my dad till he passed away he was 71 went court every month date after date but no solution the building got pull down new tower came up but we didn't get our shop back....same now that your father in law is saying na same my father lost his life time shop....now my handicap brother is living on support of my younger brother....it's really heartbreaking 💔 😢😢😢we dint had anyone to support I too stay In a rent house

Documents nahi thay? Locals ne support nahi kiya? Lawyer galat hai aapka agar location pey tower aa gaya. Case ke judgement se pehle kuch nahi ho sakta. Agar pagdhi thi toh I don't know lekin ownership peh builder ka baap kuch nahi kar sakta.

Do an RTI asking BMC reason for cutting electricity and water supply and they are bound to give an answer within 30 days and they cannot lie on RTI because RTI is admissible in court
Yes, This works but not always, you have to fight for months in RTI but a last you will get success, It is mandatory to give response for RTI officer but there is a flaw in RTI that they fix a meeting with low level officer and again same continues. Cant explain in short

The same scene happened with my nana and family 18 years ago.. the builder illegally drove the bulldozer over the house.. the case is still going on in the court.. my nana is no more but my mama has not stopped fighting yet.. he's standing strong against that builder
Hi nikhil mysore minister in town will be the best option. We have been dealing with the same problem. Never leave the possession. Whatever happens don't leave the possession. Mysore minister came and ran a survey and stopped every activity by BMC. We also wrote letter to PMO as well and they also took a strict action. At my place the builder has illegally changed his name upon on our property.

They will go to any extent to take your property from you. My family is going through the same with multiple properties and we have chosen to go legally, only way is to have higher up by your side and good lawyers (& money obviously). Put up backup cameras around the property and boards showing the name of the individual who owns it.

It's more than 2 years the election of BMC is pending and this municipal commissioner is doing as he wants.
Everything seems to be very difficult in BMC. We 798 students are selected at BMC as a teacher. We got selected before 4 months but still we did not get joining. Schools are running without teachers. We spoke with AMC in the BMC office he is helpful. Lets hope for the best and we should get our joining soon.

Why didnt you move to court ? The only reason people avoid court in India is the duration it takes to give judgement. But given the facts that uncle is already been trying since 2 years, I dont see a reason why you didnt move to court.
And if the notice is fake, The person who signed it should be answerable in court.
