Thank you so much for this video the four of you made, it came at the exact right time for me. I have bipolar, ADHD, eating disorder (+ more...) and was suffering from very strong emotional shifts this evening. From being super happy I turned very angry, hopeless and feeling down, unable to eat for hours, but this video managed to turn my mood around and I managed to eat dinner while watching you decorate. Don't ever stop making "silly", lighthearted videos, we need those too. We need more joy in this world, so I'm very thankful you spread some to me tonight! ❤Your videos make a difference!
@@SamirCCat I am glad that you were able to find something that helps. This video is so magical, and had me feeling quite emotional. Sending you love, virtual hugz and much warm healing energy. Hoping that you find the help and strength that you need. #TakeCare xx
I don't like marshmallows, but I am also always the person who snacks on all the time. And I love your reaction after that "Look, they are tasty. I can eat what I want." Great response :D
1. Jamie just wanting to eat the marshmallows is me. 2. In love with Shaaba calling her husband ‘dude.’ 3. The judging was totally biased, both by Jamie and Shaaba not knowing the judge would be a two year old and by Claudia asking first which one he thought was his parents’. Thus the only fair winner was friendship.
It is so cute that you took beautiful family Christmas photos with Rupert facing away from the camera to share with all of us while still respecting his privacy.
I love the baking-competition confessional setup, juxtaposed with the traditional chaos of the rest of the competition! 😂 Love it! Happy holidays, everyone :)
I always love this collaboration and get excited when I see Shaaba and Jamie’s name in a title! On another note, I was introduced to The Nutcracker through the Barbie movie (2001) and watched it basically on repeat. Btw, Tim Curry was the Mouse King.
The Nutcracker barbie movie is still the only version of the Nutcracker story that I know. It's been a while since I've seen it though, I should rewatch it.
The crossover content we love to see! Next time can Claudia and Shaaba team up? I think that would be enjoyably chaotic. And Rupert is so cute! I can't believe how big he's gotten.
That was an absolutely delightful video! Both cakes are lovely, but I think Jamie had a point about not being informed ahead of time that the judge would be a toddler. 🎀💖🎀
THIS WAS SUCH A GOOD VIDEO!!! I love how there were the interviews and the intense competitiveness and internal sabotaging (Jamie eating all the marshmallows), it made it seem like a baking show and it was so funny
love the way you did the challenge this year, especially love that Jamie and Shaaba featured again and the editing style is great! love the 'confessionals' or whatever the individual shots are called
Rupert loving the Nutcracker is so sweet. I’m a ballet teacher and help run a Nutcracker production every year. A couple years ago one of my little students who really likes the Nutcracker dressed up as the Nutcracker both during the winter and Halloween. He was super cute, and Rupert definitely makes me think of him. So fun seeing the cakes!
The editing for confessionals was incredible ❤ everybody was so funny 😂 I can't pick a favourite moment since just everything Jamie said / did was gold
As a ballerina, I can sympathize with the Nutcracker woe (although I don’t feel it, myself). Might I suggest looking into different versions of the Nutcracker ballet? There are many different companies who do different versions, with different steps, costumes, and sometimes even stories. It might be vaguely more interesting than the same video being played over and over on repeat.
Yeah but kids do this. They watch the same thing on repeat infinitely, they want the same one - it's like they're absorbing every single part. Until eventually it wears itself out.
I made a serious mistake watching this with my partner sleeping beside me. I'm trying so hard not to wake her up laughing 😂 Also, I vote Rupert should judge absolutely everything from now on. he's very good at it
@@TiffanyAllen1784 superqueeros 😂 I love it. Also I totally didn't read it as superqueerios (as in rhymes with Cheerios) and almost choke on my hot cocoa.
@@LeFouGallois I don’t recall ever hearing it anywhere, but it’s likely that most things have been said/done/thought before at this point. If I did coin it, you’re welcome to use it.
I got new glasses yesterday and Jamie in the intro had me taking them off going "what colour are these" before realising that like him, I cannot see without them.
I love how you did cut always with the people talking to the camera. That was hilarious and a fun twist to the video XD Also I love that Rupert's favorite is the Nutcracker. It was also my favorite growing up ^_^
This is so much fun to watch! ❤ I do agree about being judged by a toddler is different than usual. 🤣 Both cakes are done beautifully! Love the individual comments by each person to the camera too.
Part game show and part reality show and one of the best things I've seen all year! You each played to your strengths and it was hilarious! Great Christmas gift!
@@missnaomi613 Hello 😁 How you doing today? I'm just eating leftover stew for breakfast before heading out into miserable weather today for a health appointment. But I'm ticking along okay, a bit more steady thankfully now. 😊
Thank you so much for this. I always enjoy your videos, but when we add the wonderful Jamie + Shaaba and finish it with a sprinkle of Christmas magic... perfect. xx
Yay! I'm so happy to see you guys with Jamie and Shaaba! Also, Rupert has excellent taste. The Nutcracker is a Christmas must! Have you shown him bits of the ballet? I think he'd love the costumes and dancing ❤
I love how Rupert is very into the Nutcracker! If you don't have it yet, I highly recommend the illustrated book of the tale, by Maurice Sendak! The story is lovely and the drawings are so whimsical. There's also a US Nutracker filmed ballet with all the sets designed by Sendak.
The pain in Jessica's voice when she talked about dealing with the nut cracker day in and day out 😢 I've only ever seen the Barbie version from 2000/2001...
The 2001 Barbie Nutcracker film made the ending less bittersweet by having Clara be introduced to a guy who is revealed to be the nutcracker in human form. They dance. A snow globe shows Prince Eric and the Sugarplum Princess dancing happily in the palace courtyard.
Oh my goodness, this was such a cute video!! I love how you kept cutting to the four of you speaking to the camera individually. Also Rupert is an amazing judge!
Adorable 🤗 I think Jessie's conversion to maximalism may be complete.😂🥰👍🎄😄 I'd never seen or🤗 heard of the Nutcracker childrens film but I do know of Tchaikovsky's ballet the Nutcracker Suite. Perhaps you should take Rupert to see a performance if he likes dance.
This was so much fun to film! 💛Although, I hope never to julienne another marshmallow 😅

I think the seemed a little acted and forced. I absolutely love Jessica but I really cringed at those clips
