    Really appreciate your post videos which is far enough helpful then other peoples make videos on other stuffs.you are really serving the humanity in a true sense.this is something which helps and give guidance to people who are suffering related issues.

    Thank you Tori. Love your massage for intestines/colon is so helpful. Been suffering for years with all symptoms you described and am looking forward to doing this simple massage every day. Will be watching all your videos and getting the word out. Thanks for educating us there is a therapist out there for us who suffer with ibs and gut health

    This is really interesting Tori and I am learning a lot about what I should be aiming for my diet. I realise this will be a way of life and really want to get it right. I have already excluded gluten and dairy. I am at the bit where I am excluding legumes as, despite an improvement I am still bloated at times. I am going to try coconut milk to see if soy is still affecting me (I have a strong feeling most legumes are doing the biz on me lol). I am already over the gluten and dairy thing and am prepared to take soy and the legumes out to see if that makes a difference. I wont be going back to gluten or dairy for anyone including my GP lol!). I think I may have had a 30% improvement by excluding dairy and gluten but I really want more than 30%.

      I know our experiences are different, but I can really understand that place where you're trying to balance gratitude for the improvement you've gained and the deep desire for more. You deserve to celebrate the 30% improvement and I hope that you are! But you also deserve more than 30%, and I'm excited for you to figure out what your body needs to achieve it 🧡

    Love this series! I would love to hear more about SIBO and natural supplements/remedies to kill off bacteria in the small intestine :) I don't have access to a breath test or a doctor/naturopath right now (#brokestudentproblems) but I have all the symptoms of SIBO and would love to learn about some simple dietary supplements or natural remedies that can help kill off the bacteria. What do you think is a good place to start to feel a bit better? Thank you for sharing all this valuable info!

      I'm sorry to hear you have all of the symptoms of SIBO, but I'm so glad you've done enough research to narrow down potential causes of your symptoms!
      I love your question, but I don't know enough about SIBO to guide you well (yet!). I see IBS a lot in the clinic, but I've only run into SIBO twice. Of those two patients, I did have one woman who successfully treated herself holistically, and I asked her for resources for future patients should I end up treating someone who wasn't sure where to start.
      She told me about a facebook group called "SIBO Discussion/Support Group" that has a lot of great resources, and she also told me about "The SIBO Doctor" that she swears by named Dr. Nirala Jacobi. When I start making content about SIBO (I absolutely intend to), those are the places I will start!
      I really wish I could be more helpful. Don't hesitate to ask any other questions, and I wish you only the best ❤️
