This mission is a little different on PS1 since there are no busses except for the Krishna bus. You go pick up a group of Krishna instead. Think they wrote different dialogue for it too. Seeing innocent civilians being killed for meat in the PC version hits different though!

Well, I saw in a video over 10 years ago a guy playing in the 3rd district and collecting normal tanks like in a raw each parked together and somehow getting a super indestructible tank. And also it was super easy to die and super costly to save, making progress even more time consuming than the 2nd level

Hard to image it would make it to an actual 3D gta nowadays.. would be probably dismissed because naked people I guess, not for the violence.

The Tank in the industrial area is hidden in the southern part. You must jump to it.
