Hi, I appreciate this review so much. I booked at the Excellence Oyster Bay in Jamaica for August but was looking for other resorts that may be similar but cheaper and I have not come across any yet. After this video and several others, I will keep my booking with Excellence Oyster Bay.
I visited Excellence last year and loved it! I, too, struggled to find a resort similar to Excellence. I think Jamaica is really lacking high end all inclusive resorts. Sandals is the only other option, imo, but they are a bit pricy. Hope you have the best time.

Thanks much for this review...it helps a lot and I indeed change my anniversary plans..you were honest frank and had proof...REMIND ME OF ROYAL DECAMRON BEACH HOTEL IN MONTEGO JAMAICA..THE STAFF THERE HAS NO MANNERS...THE CHECK-IN IN STAFF INSULTED US BECAUSE OF MY HUSBAND ILLNESS...(WE WERE TOLD THIS HOTEL ISNT HERE FOR SICK PEOPLE...THIS HOTEL DOESN'T CATER FOR SICK)..BECAUSE WE DEAR TO REQUESTED A REFRIGERATOR(FOR MY HUSBAND 4 DAYS STAY) UPON BOOKING AND THE WERE GIVE A ROOM WITHOUT

I don’t recall an incidental fee, but the incidental fee at the Jewel Grande Montego Bay Resort and Spa in Jamaica is probably security deposit of $200 per room. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, but is subject to a damage inspection of the room.

There was not much room. Most of the area the water was too rough. There is a small inlet, it was satisfactory, nothing special. Kind of cramped.

They website very deceptive than 😢 it’s $535 a night to stay
Yeah, we were not too happy with the resort. Maybe they have done some improvements since we were there in December 2023.
