Good video, very informative. As someone who's cruised a lot more then you have, let me make some suggestions that you can do with as you wish,,, $3000. plus for 6 days is a lot , you can get a balcony on Carnivals'/MSC's bigger ships for 1/3 that price, or cruise 3 times longer! Would disagree with you about Celebrity attracting older 'mature', maybe some, but with Celebrity not limiting daily drinks we'd call it older 'drunks'!-)) You should expand your cruising beyond RCL owned lines to get a better view of the differences! Would agree with you though the large RCL ships have the best night time entertainment shows, but are lacking in other areas!

Just got off Adventure of the Seas. I have never seen so many kids from infant to teens on a cruise. I assume Celebrity is just the opposite. I was also a bit put off by the unfriendliness of many of the adults. People not speaking in the elevator or making eye contact. I felt a bit unwelcome in the Suite lounge. Should I try Celebrity or will it be about the same?

went on this boat for my 20th wedding anniversary. Loved the laid back setting with minimal children present. Very relaxing especially reading a book in Eden!

Just got off Utopia 2 weeks ago. I loved everything about it. I really enjoyed all of the shows because they were new. I feel the same as you guys about the pool scene. The super loud music and games were too much. It was a constant noise the entire day. What ever happened to caribbean type music out by the pools? It was so much more relaxing. No one in my group enjoyed the pool decks until late afternoon when the college vibe ended I even let RC know of our disappointment in this area

I was just there in December (2024)for the Christmas holiday. This is a totally accurate review. We were guests on the Reserve side. Although to pay extra money is not necessary because every aspect of Paradisus is wonderful. You won't be disappointed!

We were here 10 years ago (honeymoon) and loved it. Now going back 10 years later (10 year anniversary) and we can’t wait!!!!

Is there a pool with ocean views? Or are all pools surrounded by trees? I would prefer an ocean view from the pool if possible.

FYI, we cruised on Celebrity 3 years ago and their were 2 kids (teens) on the ship.

If you thought this about this ship, I would hate to know your opinion on a Carnival ship. I don't think you have ever been to a frat or college party because this is nothing compared to those..That said, this is a very well done video and I appreciate hear another opinion of this ship.

They billed the ship correctly. Short cruises are going to be party sailings generally. You all seem to be more of a Holland America type of relax and quite cruisers vs. lively, participate, party cruisers. Good thing there are ships for all types of vacations.

I am really curious how you managed to film your experience while learning. I assume the instructor didnt have a problem with you doing that.
