Thanks for sharing! This is pretty much my exact process as well, so glad to see the different tools that I'm using are still the latest. Calendy, Notion, figgy...except I am exploring changes for contracts/payment, I am hoping theres a way to add automation/payment integration within Notion, I also don't love dubsado lol.

This was really helpful! I'm with you on Dubsado. The payment processing and automation is nice, but the client portal is lacking. Question for you -- if there are customizations that you pass off to the developer, is that factored into your original price, or is this an additional charge to the client?
