Hoping Jess is okay, though she seemed more bothered whether she’d scratched her forks so that’s a good sign! Looked bumpy there, I love Betws’y’coed, lovely area, my mum and dad have a caravan in Barmouth not too far from there.
Yer shes all good! She’s always more bothered about her bikes than herself! 🤣🙌 yer it’s such a good trail ride and in a lovely area! That’s a sick place to have a caravan! So many amazing spots so close! 🙌
@@CouplegoalsMTByeah it’s a lovely place and the surrounding areas are stunning, and yeah added bonus it’s not too far from Antur, Dyfi, Bwlch Nant, Coed’y’brennin and many more! Glad she was okay and the bike too.
@@Danny_Transition_Patrol ahh I do love antur! Because there’s nothing totally savage there it’s a great uplift spot! Quick to the top and you can smash down so fast without too much worry! 🙌 so good! Tho I did once crash there and stab a brake lever into my leg as it snapped off the bike… I still finished my lap and went for another after it but just had no front brake 🤣🙌

@@Danny_Transition_Patrol i was lucky! It could have been much worse! Of course when you’re half way down you have no choice but to finish! 🙌 and the next lap was just me being stupid and acting “hard” infront of Jess 🤣 hurt like hell! Ahh it’s an awesome spot for your first uplifts! The van loop to the top is so short in comparison with a lot of Scottish places so you can get 10plus laps in a day!! I really hope you guys have fun when you go!! 🙌
Yes it is. Still I now know that I will be bringing the boardman next time I'm at farmer John's. Practiced on the table jumps. Using the bunny hop technique improved things somewhat.
I'm waiting for rear brake pads. Should be ready by week end

Yer it will be good for you to ride the lighter bike on the jumps! You’ll find that technique easier on the lighter bike but it’s good to keep practicing it on the ebike as it’ll make other bikes feel super easy if you can move about the weight of the ebike! 🙌

My favourite bike is out of action, so I had to ride the boardman instead this week end. Respect to all you non ebikers. I rode around sherwood. Very tacky and very hard work. Or I'm very unfit. Lol😅😅
Oh no! What’s happened with the ebike? At least you still got out for a ride! This video was pre mouth infection which thankfully has just started to clear up! 🙌 it’s so hard swapping from the ebike to an analog isn’t it! 🤣
Her pedals are MASSIVE, there is like 2cm on both sides of her shoe ;] plenty of support around I guess :)
Standard size pedals…. Jess is just a smaller build of human… 🤣🙌 it has made getting stand over heights and suspension set ups more important and a lot more cockpit changes to make things comfy for her! 🙌👍
