On first phase he just spins, does bullet rain, shoots once in air and casting light orbs.
But on second phase he will spin, cast light orbs often, shoots 3 times in air, summon more bullet rains and finally throw grand javelin at you.
When at low hp he will restore some hp and increase defense permanently but only once.
If you try to run away from him he will finish you off with parry able multi-homing light projectiles and say "Bad move.", so stay close to him.(This attack casted only on people who runs away, not who is close to boss.)
All of his attacks are parry able.(including bullet rain, 3 air shots and grand javelin)
So that means rally aced is really important in this fight.
It took me a lot of tries to actually beat the new highway son.
