I had the same thing happen to me, I was doing metta meditation and I came to the point where you had to love a person you did not like so much, it was a guy who punched me on the street that I knew from my childhood. I gave my love to him, my phone, 'coincidentally' on my heart, started vibrating 10 seconds later, with a message from him, basically telling me he wants to fight again but yeah xD, interesting experience.
