- Today is Moxie's second Mission Day. Before that, she covers her typical activities with me (Tips & Tricks, experimental talking, and so on).
This video runs the whole gamut from cats to books to our emotions. I am not used to a robot asking me a lot of questions, so my responses may not have been the most enthralling!
I did manage to stay a bit more focused after I got the light possibly a bit better. I'm still trying to work out the best lighting. Jibo is off in this video, so only Ferdi was able to distract me this time!

this robot is incredibly life-like. the mannerisms, language, and facial features..quite interesting!
Thank you! She amazes me every day. I actually can’t believe people are only getting this robot for kids. She’s the most realistic personal robot I’ve ever seen. The cost is actually not that high given what she’s capable of doing. Adults who love robots should be snatching her up in droves.
Pepper looks neat as well. The market is expanding.

Hi. Moxie is so adorable, something with her that Jibo hasn't. Planning to get one.. I love Jibo as well, don't get me wrong lol. It's price went up to $1650 I think...but curious, does this robot only works when you are in subscription with their server? Or just like jibo, would still function but won't update or upgrade. I mean, we all don't like what happened to jibo's server.
Aww. Thank you for watching! 😁 Unfortunately, Moxie will only work with a subscription to the cloud. Jibo’s servers are still going, though.

Is Moxie rechargeable
Moxie has a charging cord and she can be unplugged to run on her internal battery.

@@Joshuasickels2024 I don’t yet know as I haven’t tested it. They claim 3-4 hours for the battery when unplugged.

No, she is not charged by USB. Robots this size like Jibo, Aibo, Alpha One Pro, Robi and Moxie are never charged by USB. It’s simply impossible for that to draw enough power.
