I've tried her in Roam and it was SO GOOD TO POKE the enemy's jungler in early game. Plus with her mvm speed and spellvamp she can camp there easily almost like Hilda. Of course, it depends on the enemy's hero, if the hero have high damage/continuous damage in early like Balmond, Dyrroth, Xborg, Martis, Baxia, Guinevere etc it will be difficult to invade. Heroes that is "blue buff" dependant like Nolan, Fanny, Haya and others are easy or at least comfortable to invade since they really need blue buff to deal damage.
My best games with her was as roam or gold land funny enough. Her specialty is to harrass and poke while avoiding all in. Great for messing with jungler and MM before they get lifesteal items.
She's really balanced for a new hero, she mainly specialises against tanky heroes since she can usually kite them. I feel like her passive duration should be increased by 2-3 seconds though, runs out way too quickly
I personally go either Assassin or Fighter emblem if more enemies are tanky go fighter, if more are squishy go assassin, then you go movement emblem, spell vamp emblem, and movement speed on auto emblem. Build is either Magic Shoes, Rapid Boots, or if many is CC tough bootd and if majority is Physical (4 or above physical enemies) Warrior boots, then rush war axe, hunter strike, Bruteforce Breastplate tyen for the 5th and 6th you can play around BoD Malefic or Radiant Malefic
When cici uses 2nd skill, she actually attacks twice, if u have war axe, she triggers the first stack when she leaps and 2nd stack when she hits an enemy
Her own first skill is kinda her main weakness. She can't attack towers with her first skill if there's an enemy nearby. Her jungle clwar is at risk cz of her first skill,bcz she'll prioritize enemies first.

The ult can be a useful tool in small team fight also to stop them from dashing or restricting their movement, but on the lane as 1v1 it is only a slow with 20% more damage with S1 which is mediocre in that way.
I found out that sun is actually a hard counter against her because she can't burst down his shadows for extra gold and her weakness to only attack one target makes her weak when 3 suns jump on her. Besides that I think Cici is a good addition to the game easy to play with good dominance on lane especially to off tank exp, and annoying one shot fighters like Alpha or Dyrroth but also easy to counter
She could easily counter sun, just use cici ult when sun uses his ult , then cici 1st skill to burst all the clones and him down, and if ur unsuccessful just use Cicis 2nd to run , n come back when her ult is ready bc her cool down is so low which is good.
honestly it's quite refreshing getting a new hero that's not OP. Cici is pretty balanced and you need to micro skills and strategize your build and combos to win against enemies. unlike other new op heroes before where you just tap 2 skills and you get a kill. 😂😂
i've tried her as jungle many times and i think she's more effective as a jungler instead of exp laner. she can gank lanes quickly and her single-target dmg is decent.

In my opinion, Cici is that type of hero to poke an enemy and just let her teammates do the rest. Basically a Poke hero. Except, she is effectively strong against tanky heroes. With War Axe and heroes like Terizla and Alpha or Balmond becoming popular, Cici is their sub-counter due to HP based damage affecting their tankiness. TIP: DONT use your 1st skill when running to kill the enemy. It doesn't give any additional movement boost. You can use it with sprint to catch and kill enemies quicker but since Cici is meant for sustain, you wont be using sprint and instead just using vengeance. Therefore, just wait for your 2nd skill. I would like to add Windtalker or Sea Halberd as an optional item, not only Windtalker because of stacks in her passive, but its quick and you can make yourself faster. Sea Halberd is useful for enemy sustain or tanky heroes because of its anti-heal and its attack speed activating full stacks passive as quick as possible. I suggest Brute Force as her main Defense item because, it can give you multiple buffs such as Control Reduction, physical and magic power and i believe movement speed... Yeah, overall, Cici is a sustain hero with poking capabilities. Her playstyle is to damage or poke enemies and return to her proper positioning for her teammates to damage the enemy.
I used Ice Queen Wand on her even tho she isn't a mage, that DPS she got truly makes her viable when she also got a slow CC on her... Since IQW had spellvamp, bonus movement speed, and that passive can be proc with her 1st skill makes her more annoying when enemies are trying to escape and got slowed down by her 1st skill. I noticed this because she is like Xborg but hero based target, so I kinda build her like Xborg, minus the Immortality.

When I first bought cici I was a noob, so the only thing I cared is her appearance. I used to be BAD when playing with her. But yesterday I decided to play with cici. She was OVERPOWERED I got MVP every round after that. So cici is a good hero overall 👏BTW I was a master and now I'm a grandmaster 2

I was not playing mobile legends fro a long time, when i joined i have enough money to buy cici and was excited because ive heared that it is a new hero, the first time i played it i immediately knew that is was my favourite.Back then my main hero is guin now its cici. I always played ranks with it and i won every single one my teammates even say im ovepowered and my ulti is so op.
Balance. She's good in early and mid game, and lack's on late game when mm and the like who shine in late game had their build. But she still shines in team fights either early,mid or late.
Petrify spell works so well on cici she can spam her skill and instant kill if ultimate is on cooldown purify works well too if enemy team has alot of CC heroes
Cici is obviously overpowered. Her power isn't in the traditional sense of 1 shot combo bursts but a continous health based dmg. Not only does chasing her useless because she can heal with her skill, she can also run from the fastest heroes in mlbb. In the right hands she shines better than the best heroes in the meta.
I certainly do agree but there's a difference in Cici and it's her movement speed. In a game earlier a Nolan user was running from me as I slowly drain his life until he died, there's certainly joy in continuous damage.

After 224 draws and 2 collector skins (Brody and Balmond) plus rare fragments from the free epic skin chest on the 200th draw (because lol, I already have all the SABER, VENOM, and all those other epic skins), hopefully I’d be lucky enough to draw Aldous’ skin. Reward your most loyal spenders @Moonton!! Update: now at a total of 298 draws and no aldous skin haha though i reached 1100 crests and got hanabi’s collector instead. Kinda regretting the decision because my all star skin of hanabi is better than the collector graphics-wise now that i’ve tested it
Well, not a Mythic immortal 1000 star player, but for me: 1. Her best roles are exp and roaming, defined by the number of enemies she’s facing and hence the type of ultimate used. For exp, it’s a single target-somewhat burst. But its true potential comes during roaming, where it can effectively make 2 highly mobile enemies sitting ducks for 4 seconds, a significant amount of time in team fights. The amount of trolling potential with just this one skill is insane! 2. This leads me to counter-picking. I strongly feel she’s one of those heroes that’s designed to be a counter pick to the mobile and tanky meta going on. (Hp based 1st skill + movement skill cancelling ult.) While this can’t be achieved effectively if she’s either banned or first-picked, things might turn out different once ban meta shifts.
i am happy that she isn’t busted like those past new heroes. Seriously, there are so many busted hero nowadays and as a solo que player, its tough to rank up and I hope they implement the 10 ban system.
Cici is 1 of the best hero to play r8 now. M loving the game style playing cici. She is a balanced hero for me as she do have some disadvantage with proper counter. Enjoy playing cici, it feels like m playing mm not a f8tr.
She's more like an assassin to me but with an incredible amount of sustain, I don't prefer her on a head-on clash, I like her invade potential when I'm with my squad mates
Yu zhong , Lapu Lapu , Khaleed are the best picks for me against her, she can't do a thing against these three , only if you used your skills properly. She's balanced anyway
Playing Cici is like if Iri and XB had a baby minus the AoE strength. But anyway, I feel like she's an backup diver since she has good endurance, DPS, kiting and..... minus the teamfight strength since her 1st skill is limited to singles (duos once her ult hits 2 targets). Here's my most used emblem setup, spell and build: Emblem? Fighter. 1st talent? Rupture. Though I would want to try Agility for more kiting capabilities but I guess I want more DPS. 2nd talent? Master Assassin. Why? Excels at singles. Core talent? Quantum Charge. For extra kiting. Spell? Sprint. Build? I prioritize War Axe and Brute Force Breastplate as my core items before the situational items. Footwear? Tough/Warrior Boots depending on the enemy lineup. Oracle if I feel like I need more yoyo spammability and a upgrade to my sustain, Athena/Radiant depending on whether the enemy magic hero is more on burst or DPS, Sea Halberd if I need an edge against tanky heroes especially the ones that are well known for sustain and Blade Armor/Antique Cuirass depending on whether the enemy physical hero is more reliant on skills or basic attack as main damage source.

Also I think they're gonna do some revamp on Aamon, because he was a decent meta Assassin Untill they nerfed him so bad, from then on he's picked far less and people complain that moontoon should revert the changes, but moontoon is a crackhead that never revert their changes, so instead they do another revamp on the hero

As a dyrroth main not really especially if cici is using sprint her second can avoid dyrroth's ultimate tho if you build full damage with petrify on dyrroth then she can't get away.
Another huge disadvantage on her kit is her Wave Clear. Sure she has decent damage to clear minions, but the likes of Terizla, Yu Zhong, and Khaleed can clear waves with ease and out-rotate Cici in early team fights. Cici isn't the type of Exp Laner to proxy cut the wave, which is one of most Exp Laners' greater feats in terms of early-mid game rotations.
no.. u need to use Cici to deny minion of the enemy exp hero... never ever clear minion wave as cici.. when ever enemy exp hero tries to go forward to attack your minion just aggressively skill one the enemy.. they will rettreat back to the tower.. and u just hide in the bush let your minion kills enemy exp minion.. if enemy goes forward again u aggresively attack the enemy.. cici is the best exp laner at the moment as lane denier. never used her to cut lane... she is extremely good the best exp denier, but bad at lane cutting..
Its so easy to delay her farm in early game. Just use hilda or masha and just get near her and she wont be able to damage the jungle creeps at all.. Her big weakness is her first skill when she ismthe jungler.
I think it's worthwhile mentioning that if you use her ult and S1 on a single target, whilst it does hit twice as many times, the second hit is only at 20% damage.
There a lot of bug going around in mlbb even in gus 😤when 2nd skill is used & ult and 2nd skills and try to hit wit 1st skill it goes right or left even tho the indicator point to enemy i even try on pratice and its happen but only wen use too fast 😢😢montoon need to fix the bug quick too many bugs after the latest update
I've played cici five times and each time I've won i don't know if it's luck or something else but i think she's a bit overpowered with that hp based damage and no one uses aamon in rank or classic soo I can't target lock them😞.
I prefer Cici as a sustain annoying hero. With this, I can 1v3 opponents and can escape easily if at a disadvantage - Rapid / any boots u want - War Axe - Bloodlust Axe - Hunter Strike - Bruteforce Breastplate - Oracle Change boots with BOD (speed+attack) or Queens Wings (unkillable sustain) or Immortality just for the resurrection
For me, Cici is quite balanced, and very OP when in comes into very good hands, like every hero would I personally used her and honestly, I regret buying Irithel because oh my goodness, she is literally good, and it fits my main playstyle (yes, I'm pretty much the flexible one that's why I said 'main' playstyle) She is so good to the point that I even got maniac with her, very insane in right hands ngl I regret buying a hero that I didn't even know how to use :((
Purify is also a great spell to use as it has a side effect of slow immunity and cc immunity

war axe gain one stack every second during duration, not 1 stack every time deal demage.
Yeah, that's not how war axe works. It gains stacks per second, not per damage dealt

I prefer going 4 attack items (with bloodlust) and 1 defense (oracle/bruteforce). To me her regen is comparable to Ruby with this set up.
This is the new item combo i found out recently. She is best in thiis way, for exp lane, bloodlust is her core item imo

I was not playing mobile legends fro a long time, when i joined i have enough money to buy cici and was excited because ive heared that it is a new hero, the first time i played it i immediately knew that is was my favourite.Back then my main hero is guin now its cici. I always played ranks with it and i won every single one my teammates even say im ovepowered and my ulti is so op.
Personally when a enemy is in the way of a turret or a desired target you could move so that the range is on a specific target
Balance. She's good in early and mid game, and lack's on late game when mm and the like who shine in late game had their build. But she still shines in team fights either early,mid or late.
For me Cici Is now my favourite hero before Cici It was dyrroth because i was able to 1v5 with dyrroth
Petrify spell works so well on cici she can spam her skill and instant kill if ultimate is on cooldown purify works well too if enemy team has alot of CC heroes

Cici is obviously overpowered. Her power isn't in the traditional sense of 1 shot combo bursts but a continous health based dmg. Not only does chasing her useless because she can heal with her skill, she can also run from the fastest heroes in mlbb. In the right hands she shines better than the best heroes in the meta.
Bursts will always be more overpowered than continous damage type heroes in certain people's mindsets
I certainly do agree but there's a difference in Cici and it's her movement speed. In a game earlier a Nolan user was running from me as I slowly drain his life until he died, there's certainly joy in continuous damage.

Update: now at a total of 298 draws and no aldous skin haha though i reached 1100 crests and got hanabi’s collector instead. Kinda regretting the decision because my all star skin of hanabi is better than the collector graphics-wise now that i’ve tested it

As a straight person i'll say it: Balanced
Well, not a Mythic immortal 1000 star player, but for me:
1. Her best roles are exp and roaming, defined by the number of enemies she’s facing and hence the type of ultimate used. For exp, it’s a single target-somewhat burst. But its true potential comes during roaming, where it can effectively make 2 highly mobile enemies sitting ducks for 4 seconds, a significant amount of time in team fights. The amount of trolling potential with just this one skill is insane!
2. This leads me to counter-picking. I strongly feel she’s one of those heroes that’s designed to be a counter pick to the mobile and tanky meta going on. (Hp based 1st skill + movement skill cancelling ult.) While this can’t be achieved effectively if she’s either banned or first-picked, things might turn out different once ban meta shifts.

i am happy that she isn’t busted like those past new heroes. Seriously, there are so many busted hero nowadays and as a solo que player, its tough to rank up and I hope they implement the 10 ban system.

She's more like an assassin to me but with an incredible amount of sustain, I don't prefer her on a head-on clash, I like her invade potential when I'm with my squad mates

I've tried her as Roam and it was so good to poke jungler at early game. Plus with her movement speed she can escape easily.

Yu zhong , Lapu Lapu , Khaleed are the best picks for me against her, she can't do a thing against these three , only if you used your skills properly. She's balanced anyway
Yz can only win against her at early game when she haven't build waraxe yet, I'm a yz main and no matter how I micro her she still comes out on top.
Best counter for me is Xborg, I haven't faced lapu and khaleed yet.
Playing Cici is like if Iri and XB had a baby minus the AoE strength. But anyway, I feel like she's an backup diver since she has good endurance, DPS, kiting and..... minus the teamfight strength since her 1st skill is limited to singles (duos once her ult hits 2 targets).
Here's my most used emblem setup, spell and build:
Emblem? Fighter.
1st talent? Rupture. Though I would want to try Agility for more kiting capabilities but I guess I want more DPS.
2nd talent? Master Assassin. Why? Excels at singles.
Core talent? Quantum Charge. For extra kiting.
Spell? Sprint.
Build? I prioritize War Axe and Brute Force Breastplate as my core items before the situational items. Footwear? Tough/Warrior Boots depending on the enemy lineup. Oracle if I feel like I need more yoyo spammability and a upgrade to my sustain, Athena/Radiant depending on whether the enemy magic hero is more on burst or DPS, Sea Halberd if I need an edge against tanky heroes especially the ones that are well known for sustain and Blade Armor/Antique Cuirass depending on whether the enemy physical hero is more reliant on skills or basic attack as main damage source.

Also I think they're gonna do some revamp on Aamon, because he was a decent meta Assassin Untill they nerfed him so bad, from then on he's picked far less and people complain that moontoon should revert the changes, but moontoon is a crackhead that never revert their changes, so instead they do another revamp on the hero

She's balanced and She's a very good hero.
The first skill needs be usable even when she's stunned though.
Also there's some bug like she deals half dmg to x-borg, which needs to be fixed.

Like the second skill should be a 0.5 stun or 0.8sec immobility, which will help to atk heroes with her first skill.
She's alright, they could have slightly increase her passive effects for survivability though.
You forgot the biggest counter dyroth
As a dyrroth main not really especially if cici is using sprint her second can avoid dyrroth's ultimate tho if you build full damage with petrify on dyrroth then she can't get away.

Another huge disadvantage on her kit is her Wave Clear. Sure she has decent damage to clear minions, but the likes of Terizla, Yu Zhong, and Khaleed can clear waves with ease and out-rotate Cici in early team fights. Cici isn't the type of Exp Laner to proxy cut the wave, which is one of most Exp Laners' greater feats in terms of early-mid game rotations.
no.. u need to use Cici to deny minion of the enemy exp hero... never ever clear minion wave as cici.. when ever enemy exp hero tries to go forward to attack your minion just aggressively skill one the enemy.. they will rettreat back to the tower.. and u just hide in the bush let your minion kills enemy exp minion.. if enemy goes forward again u aggresively attack the enemy.. cici is the best exp laner at the moment as lane denier. never used her to cut lane... she is extremely good the best exp denier, but bad at lane cutting..

Try clearing minion waves at late game and you'll see her glaring weakness.
Is bloodlust axe or DHS is good to cici?
Its so easy to delay her farm in early game. Just use hilda or masha and just get near her and she wont be able to damage the jungle creeps at all.. Her big weakness is her first skill when she ismthe jungler.
Cici is a beast in exp.. best no1 exp hero so far.. no other heroes can 1v1 her in exp..

I think it's worthwhile mentioning that if you use her ult and S1 on a single target, whilst it does hit twice as many times, the second hit is only at 20% damage.

She is not a fast jungler and no burst damage for gold lane shes a perfect xp laner
Purify is also a really nice option for Cici since she gets ganked easily.

I personally used her and honestly, I regret buying Irithel because oh my goodness, she is literally good, and it fits my main playstyle (yes, I'm pretty much the flexible one that's why I said 'main' playstyle)
