Peril looked down at the corpse and said, Clay, you are pretty good. Does your breath have firescales?" and Clay would say, "Let us go somewhere and make dragonets, or else you can come here and be my next victim."
Yeah, i’m really not a fan of the way they draw dragons in the graphic novel. Their muzzles are squashed and rounded and proportions are often messed up, making the dragons look chubby. I understand that the artist had to take shortcuts due to the amount of work they have but i don’t agree with a lot of their artistic choices. Dragons are supposed to look sharp, aerodynamic with streamline bodies and predatory looks like sharks of the skies. They really did the nightwings bad with the square muzzles and thicker scales on top of it. Idk if anyone agrees with me tho. I much prefer your interpretation of them other the graphic novel.
i really dislike the art style of the graphic novels and i wish they made the dragons less round and more like your art style. its super clean and more geometric
