that spider is an orb weaver (called a garden spider) and they bring good luck to your garden. Its probably a female (at that size) and she won't mind you tearing down her web, she will just rebuild in another location. Once you get one, you'll usually see at least one of the babies setup shop in your garden the next year! Congratulations! Nature has decided that you're a gardener and sent you a gift!
We drove to Virginia Beach and I thought of you, Asia! As we were driving through I wondered where you lived in relation to where we were. We said “Hey Asia!” anyway and sent some good vibes to you on the way 🥰✨✨✨🥰
I love the way you told the story about the spiders being the most resilient of the insects. Someone knocks their home down, they are going to build it again. Thank you for sharing Asia. Much love ❤❤❤
I got those Boostrap Farmer trays and things earlier this year and LOVE THEM!!! The roots look so amazing whe you pull them out because they air prune. Happy Gardening everyone!!!
Dang, that's awesome! Glad they send products out to people who deserve it. I've spent wayyyy too much on their products and they are worth it. Hope you have a bountiful harvest!
Your channel is a big reason I have chickens now and now your channel is going to be THE reason i attempt to grow winter crops this year for the first time ever. As a fairly 'green' gardener, i had no idea certain things can grow thru the colder season. 😄😄
Hi Asia. The squash bugs here in Texas ran amok. I only got 3 squash from four plants. One day the squash were doing fine and the next, the squash bugs had taken over. I wish you the best of luck! 😀
Good morning Asia, glad you got the Bootstrap farmer backyard gardener trays. I got it months ago and love love love it. The only problem I had with it was the domes leaked all over the place on all sides. Bootstrap replaced them but I had the same problem with the replacement ones but overall I love them ❤❤
I leave my ugly sunflowers for the yellow finches too! Watching my garden become a little restaurant for the local wildlife brings me so much joy. 🥰 I especially love it on the rough mental health days, you know?
Hello Beautiful Queen! I'm really enjoying your videos. My garden failed in every way possible!😢 I got a few tomatoes, three squash, four eggplants, five snow peas, two fist fulls of green beans. And the stray cats peed on my rainbow carrots. Watermelon didn't put on any fruit. I did get an abundance of kale from last year. But I won't give up!🙏🏽💜💜💜
Yes Heyllo Asia Yes once your garden starts it runs I totally understand how it can just get on your nerve pruning and shaping the garden is necessary Great job..Ps I say a black snake under my cucumbers patch I only have about 8 cucumbers but when i saw that baby black snake tail I was done thats a daily thing here in South Florida its either snakes or iguanas creeping around. I cant stand it...I would love to grow more but its soo hard to do so when everything loves what u love
Hi Asia. I've been on break from gardening, first time ever. I'll start again in August. 🌱 Thanks for sharing what you got from Backyard Gardener, those were very nice. 💚💚💚
You have such an amazing personality. Those pots and trays are nice and the colors are helpful when growing seedlings. My favorite color is purple as well 😀
I get seed from a lot you’ve got!! Southern exposure seeds grow good in my garden as does Johnny’s seeds. Don’t stop feeding the yellow finches!! They have a beautiful song.
Wow. What an amazing arsenal of products, Asia. I am getting the supplies that I used for summer seed starting washed today so that I can get started for the fall.
Broccoli Rabe makes DELICIOUS cream of broccoli/broccoli & cheddar soup. They've had it at St. Louis Bread Co (aka Panera) for ages and its way easier to make than you would think. I'm trying to make it one more season and then I want to upgrade to the bootstrap system. Just one more! I can do it. They have a very large air pruning tray that would be great for snapdragons or lettuce.
Asia! Hey girl hey! 👋 Okay Bootstrap Farmer! Love the seed starting kit. Definitely looks durable and the fun colors are great! Love your nails!💅 Can you believe summer is almost over?! I love the warmer weather, but I’m not gonna lie…this heat is too much. 🥵 Let’s go fall! 🍁 💃 Byeeee!
Ok part 2 of my comment lol. The colorful trays just make you want to plant. I love that for you imma tell my husband to get me some with a dome . 📝 comfrey tea or however you spell it. I have that issue to planting too deep. Girl tell me why I got a spider just like that in my car port where I do my seeding table. Still ain’t fine that snake huh. So carrots and shade and moisture. Got it!
Yep, got my Georgia Collards started last week....ssoooo delicious. And yep, been slowly pulling things out of my garden and preserving things too. That overgrown junky look the garden gets in 7b this time of year does nothing but drive me bonkers. I'd rather start fresh and tidy 🌱
I like your "Let them" tattoo. That's a lesson I am still learning. Also, I was looking forward to your Bootstrap Farmer review, and now I know what I will he putting on my birthday and Christmas wish lists. 😂
I got the Boot Strap soil block kit. I agree the trays are great quality. I will get the seed starting trays in the spring. When do you harvest your fall onions?
Nice fall choice of seeds. I hear you on the kohlrabi, it is very delicious. I had never tasted kohlrabi before until I grew some for the first time in my garden this year. Hey, whoever thinks it's free because no one wants it that's fine more for us. In order for me to extend my grow season up until almost February I use a green house cover that zips and unzips for my grow beds. It makes it easier to uncover. That way I have collards and kale throughout some of winter. Once my temps start dropping into the negative degrees the greenhouse cant keep it warm enough and my grow season is done.
Ooooo getting them in that light purple color. Def let me save up cause I just saw the price. Now that I see onion and the rainbow carrot I know I can plant I put my carrots in a plastic tote last week nothing yet so fingers 🤞🏾. Something I can’t seem to grow is mint everyone says they the easiest but maybe it’s just me and pelletized seeds. VA in the house where bout in VA you at
I have the Long Island Brussel Purple Brussel too. I direct sow them in my backyard and they germinated in 3to5 days amazing. Love your seedlings cups…8a GA
nice video my fall plants are not here yet but i normally don't do fall because how short are season is but i am doing broccoli and kale, they can take some cold so will see.
Asia, I love collars but first heard of collar tree on your channel and would like to know where to buy seeds for the collar tree. I'm also in zone 7B and planning on a fall garden. I'm big into composting and vertical growning.
I have a quick question would you consider selling 1 or 2 of the Cell Plug Inserts? I have purchased from Boot Strap Farmer 2 years ago and it cost a grip, Its only me and more than 3 trays is to much and its over kill. I wish they sold items separate. The product is all that and some. Please let me know I am in the DMV zone 7 thank you.
Girl I’m with you …. I have not even begun to think about my fall seeds……. I want to take a break but then I know I will miss it come time for carrots and beets and greens to come in. But one thing I will do for sure is onions and garlic @stitcharella27

Yes! And they aren’t invasive. 🎉🎉🎉
They picked the right person to sponsor because I want all of it. They’re a tad bit pricey for this beginner gardener though. They’re beautiful.
We drove to Virginia Beach and I thought of you, Asia! As we were driving through I wondered where you lived in relation to where we were. We said “Hey Asia!” anyway and sent some good vibes to you on the way 🥰✨✨✨🥰
I'm all over the place too lol 😂 I love it though. It makes it feel like we are just hanging out and talking about plants 😄
You could take the sunflower out and leave the head somewhere in the garden so the birds can still eat it!
Nice… I direct seed my Brussel. They germinated less than five days later. I planted them with my second round of potatoes 🥔. Enjoy!
'I'm Luv'n It' 🥬🥦🌶🍅🍑🍇🥕🫑🥬🧄🥔XO CHERRIES!

I appreciate that message on the spiders. The resilience message hit me in more ways than one.
Those bootstrap farmer products look so colorful!!! I have seen them being used by other gardeners and I have been interested in getting them.
I love bootstrap farmers. I have their trays, and two sizes of their pots. Very well made.
I have to organize my small garden space better this year. I have everything growing all over the place getting in each other's way, total chaos 😩😩
Hey girl, hey~! I hate thinning~! I feel like I’m killing life 😮😢😂
Oooo girl! I’m so glad you got some bootstrap farmer stuff! I love mine so much! It’s a game changer!
Those colorful tags look like the tags that come with the grow bags you use.
I leave my ugly sunflowers for the yellow finches too! Watching my garden become a little restaurant for the local wildlife brings me so much joy. 🥰 I especially love it on the rough mental health days, you know?
I leave mine too for the finches even though I don’t like how raggedy they start to look 🤣
...that espresso got u going 😆😆

Purple is my favorite color too but I have never had any luck with the purple sprouting broccoli. Don’t know what I’m doing wrong. 🤷🏽♀️💜

I would love to taste it.❤
Please let me know if the mache germinates for you. I haven't had any luck. I think I that they don't germinate in the heat.
Bye!
Have you tried making kale chips in the microwave? That's how I always do it.
Asia, I love collars but first heard of collar tree on your channel and would like to know where to buy seeds for the collar tree. I'm also in zone 7B and planning on a fall garden. I'm big into composting and vertical growning.
ONE THING THE WORD SAYS SPIDERS LIVE IN CASTLES. YOUR PLACE IS ROYALTY.
I really wanted the kit but $164 seems a bit much. Headed to Temu 🤷🏾
I think so too…
Omg I know I’m late I’m in zone 8b
I’m growing the same onions, but I noticed as they grow they start looking scraggly; is that normal?
I have a quick question would you consider selling 1 or 2 of the Cell Plug Inserts? Good morning ☀️🥰 and how’d you hurt your hand?
do you have a discount for boot strap? this is a informative video.
I DO NOT HEAR THE CHICKENS😱
How do you cook the kohlrabi?
I tried purple sprouting broccoli this year to overwinter and have for the spring. Fingers crossed! Enjoy those colorful containers!
I have not had any success with onions at all
What is there address
Take off the leaf that the eggs are on.
Girl I’m with you …. I have not even begun to think about my fall seeds……. I want to take a break but then I know I will miss it come time for carrots and beets and greens to come in.
But one thing I will do for sure is onions and garlic
