I think Cedric deserves the Top Teir. Not only did Cedric give Harry the hint about the egg, but he also gave Harry access to the Prefect bathroom so he would have Privacy to listen to the egg. Also, during the Maze, when Harry helped Cedric defeat the spider in the maze and they both found the cup at the sametime, he told Harry to take the Triwizard Cup because Harry saved him from the spider. He also had a chance to run away in the Graveyard but decided to stay to protect Harry, ultimately leading to his death. Another reason is in the 3rd book when Harry fell off his broom during the quidditch match against Huffelpuff. Cedric asked for a rematch and to not count that game as a win for Huffelpuff because he thought how he caught the Snitch and won was unfair. For someone to care about someone else's safety over their own and cares about how fair a game is played tells me that they are the definition of Loyal and Unselfish
He was also opposed to the magical badges that the other students were wearing to mock Harry. He was also just about the first student to actually warm up to Harry and believe him, though it took some time for his temper to cool before that happened, and justifiably so.
My favorite Sprout moment was at the end of book 6 where the teachers are deciding if they should keep the school open. Sprout's answer was that if even one student wants to return, then they should keep it open.
Katie Bell's friend Leanne, I think Dumbledore said it best when talking about Neville: It takes courage to stand up to your enemies, but even more to stand up to your friends. It also takes great loyalty to call them out when being dumb. If she wasn't loyal to Katie, she wouldn't have said anything about her taking an unknown package to the school.
@@jayt9608Agreed, if she wasn’t loyal she would’ve just been like “eh, I don’t really care you’ve got something sus, it’s your business.” Her calling Katie stupid for taking the package is the same as if you told your best friend not to do drugs or something.
12:24 I think Cedric sticking by Harry’s side in the graveyard rather than just running away cuz it was obviously dangerous pushing Cedric to the top tier
Another reason is in the 3rd book when Harry fell off his broom during the quidditch match against Huffelpuff. Cedric asked for a rematch and to not count that game as a win for Huffelpuff because he thought how he caught the Snitch was unfair.
Cedric deserves the most loyal tier solely because when Harry told him to get back to the Portkey to Hogwarts, he instead stood his ground against Wormtail holding Voldemort. Ready to fight to protect Harry only to die.

I always wondered why Zacharias Smith was sorted into Hufflepuff, when he was the furthest thing from Loyal that you could imagine. It's possible that he didn't fit into the traits of any other house, so was sorted miscellaneously.
It’s possible he might be related to hepzibah smith, a descent of helga hufflepuff, and since the sorting house likes to put pureblood families in the same house, he put Zacharias smith in hufflepuff, due to his heritage
Two reasons: Zacharias shows more in the hardworking parts of some classes that he is interested in or Maybe he asked the sorting hat to be in Hufflepuff.
I like to believe that the hat wanted him in Slytherin, but his insistence to be put in the house of his possible ancestor led to the hat considering it "loyalty to his lineage"
Hagrid is like Poppy and Newt in a ton of ways, especially when it comes to Albus Dumbledore and magical beasts. He and Newt would get along swimmingly.
I can't stop thinking of the scene when Slug Horn says that he used dragon blood to fake the attack in half blood prince. Dumbledore just pulling out a little piece of paper and writing "number 13: fake death scene" IYKYK
Zacharias Smith pushing first years out of his way to make sure he could escape sooner before the Battle of Hogwarts started is why he should've been a Slytherin, as that is a prime example of self preservation. And him constantly second guessing and questioning Harry is just so annoying.
I agree with everything that you said since I'm a Hufflepuff. I have to say that Zachary Smith should have been in Slytherin because he only cared about himself. He trash-talked to Gryffindor during Quidditch, didn't go to Dumbledore's Federal even though he is part of Dumbledore’s Army, and didn't fight in the Battle of Hogwarts. One more thing, I want to put Hepzibah Smith either in the loyal or average tier because she is a descendant of Helga Hufflepuff. She is loyal is Tom Riddle aka Lord Voldemort. Just like Fat Frier, her loyal got her killed as Voldemort killed her to get Hufflepuff’s cup and Slytherin’s locket for his Horcruxes.
I know Ron was sorted into Gryffindor in the actual series, but let’s be honest, he fits better in Hufflepuff because if there’s one trait best defines Ron, aside from him being jealous of those around him, it’s that he’s a very loyal individual, accompanying Harry and Hermione to the very end.
Yeah but he’s also brave beyond imagination. He walked willingly into the Forbidden Forest full of giant man eating spiders when they are his worst fear.
A lot of people make this argument, and I feel like I'm missing something. Ron's biggest failings are in things that're directly aligned with Hufflepuff. He got pissed off at Harry and didn't talk to him when he thought Harry put his name in the goblet of fire, and he left Harry and Hermione when looking for horcruxes. He also frequently wanted to give up on quidditch and often put little effort into his school work, which are the opposite of valuing hard work. None of this is saying Ron is a bad character or an overall disloyal friend or a bum or anything. I like Ron (especially book Ron - the movies kinda did my boy dirty). I just don't understand the argument that he fits Hufflepuff better than Gryffindor.
Being a Hufflepuff myself, I was waiting for ages for him to do the Hufflepuff ranking. I think I agree with everyone that was ranked in this video. Who else 👇 loves Movieflame?
I am good enough to get the results I want, which has me just tilted, after multiple retakes, toward Slytherin over Ravenclaw 3-2. I have never had a hat-stall, nor seriously contemplated creating the situation.
The thing about loyalty is that it’s difficult to rank or quantify how much loyalty one person has. You can be more loyal to one thing than another, but does that make you less of an overall “loyal” person?
I think Newt Scamander is very underrated. He is a very amazing and quirky character and more than that he is a very good person. He is very loyal and funny. It is a shame that we can't see how his story turns out. Love your videos.❤
What about doing an spin-off series of this series? You could do so by ranking all the characters that aren't from an specific house based on said house's best trait, for example: Ranking every non-hufflepuff from most loyal to least loyal or ranking every non-Gryffindor from most brave to least brave.
I think we should collectively decide that Cursed Child is in fact not canon. Everyone in favor say "aye." Lets get this over with once and for all and free Morgan from having to include it..😂😂

I'm also a catholic, I'll say a prayer for u. 💛 I've got Bridget Wenlock wizard card from Universal, and Helga too. But I lost Helga when moving to a new house. Oh and Zachariah Smith is thought by the movie standerds to have fought in the Battle of Hogwarts, given his appearance there. But again, that by the movie and not the book, just saying. P.S. When Hogwarts Legacey 2 comes out, might wanna think of re-ranking characters then.
It is funny that Hagrid who is the most loyal character in the entire series is not in hufflepuff but rather in gryffindor. The way he slammed karkaroff when he got angry? He is extremely loyal to his beasts Dumbledore and Harry. Definition of loyalty. Pity he was not in hufflepuff
I think you’re unjust in giving Theseus a somewhat loyal ranking. Yes, his relationship with Newt wasn’t the best but in the end he came through for him. He was a war hero and fought against Grindelwald in the global wizarding war. He deserves to be in the loyal category.
Agreed! I agree with the comment that Leta isn't property to be stolen. We don't know all the context and details of their relationship. Newt and Leta weren't dating anymore by the time they were all adults and Leta and Theseus started dating.
Ok im a hufflepuffs myself (I’m half slytherin ) and we seem weak and all but we’re not. Just like badgers, we are scary asf when they’re provoked. Like I’m not kidding, I have a hufflepuff friend who got suspendend for violence cuz another friend was being bullied.
You did LeAnn (I don't know how it's spelled in the books) dirty! She said that she told Katie she was being stupid (which she was) and that she should have known Katie was Imperiused. What's more loyal than telling a friend like it is and noticing when something is off (though, I grant you that more tact could have been used and more attention could have been paid, but tactfulness and mindfulness are not traits that inherently come from loyalty.)
Did Theseus even know that Newt and Leta dated at some point in their school life? Idk Newt doesn't seem like a person who would tell his brother much about his dating history.
Miriam Margolyes was only in chamber of secrets and Deathly Hallows 2, so she didn't work on it for 10 years. She's also allowed her own opinion, and you should never just associate the actor to one role, cos it's just dumb.
Agreed. Hell, if you look at the whole interview, i think she is mainly worried about overobsessed fans who do Harry Potter Weddings and stuff like that.
I think Leanne should be in the loyal tier. I think it's very loyal to call your friend out for doing something that could, and actually almost did, get her killed.
I agree with everyone on the list except Leanne I think she should have gone higher as she call Katie “Stupid” because Katie was going to take a package that she got while in the bathroom to the school which would have gotten Katie in trouble if it was a dark object (which it was) and she did care for Katie and blamed herself for the incident, I think she should have been in Average at most though. And also thank you for doing Hufflepuff my house
I think Theseus should be ranked higher for his loyalty to Dumbledore in Fantastic Beast 3 and was still somewhat loyal to Newt, like telling him he's being watched by the ministry
Some more Hufflepuff's not metioned are: Rose Zeller, Owen Cauldwell, Stebbins, Summers and Eleanor Branstone. But like with the other 4 houses they had 1 maybe 2 mentions at best so we know next to nothing about them.
12:57 Sometimes the greater good hurts your own good. 15:29 There's a difference between a story that's meant for kids and a story that feels like it was written by kids, Harry Potter occupies the former not the latter. Also, let's use her own logic against her with a bunch of other franchises (keep in mind I don't agree with any of the following quotes it's just me using her "logic" and applying it to other franchises "I worry about The Lord Of The Rings/Hobbit fans because they should be over that by now, it was eighty-seven years ago, and it's for children, I think it's for children." "I worry about Chronicles of Narnia fans because they should be over that by now, it was seventy-four years ago, and it's for children, I think it's for children." "I worry about Percy Jackson fans because they should be over that by now, it was nineteen years ago, and it's for children, I think it's for children." "I worry about Hunger Games fans because they should be over that by now, it was sixteen years ago, and it's for children, I think it's for children." "I worry about Star Wars fans because they should be over that by now, it was forty-seven years ago, and it's for children, I think it's for children." "I worry about Star Trek fans because they should be over that by now, it was fifty-eight years ago, and it's for children, I think it's for children." "I worry about DC fans because they should be over that by now, it was eighty-three years ago, and it's for children, I think it's for children." "I worry about Marvel fans because they should be over that by now, it was sixty-three years ago, and it's for children, I think it's for children." "I worry about Avatar: The Last Airbender fans because they should be over that by now, it was nineteen years ago, and it's for children, I think it's for children." "I worry about Mario fans because they should be over that by now, it was forty-three years ago, and it's for children, I think it's for children." "I worry about Pokemon fans because they should be over that by now, it was twenty-eight years ago, and it's for children, I think it's for children."
I completely agree with what you say about the actresses’s logic. Although I ain’t sure if Hunger Games is for children, the other examples are spot on.
I love the way you always make sure to point out that the fact that we have to accept the cursed child as canon or the fact that we got that book at all really is unfortunate 😂
Dear Morgan, I am a big fan. I have an interesting theory. In the first book Harry and Ron lock the troll in the girls bathroom by accident in order to save Hermione from it.The thing is that in the second book when Ron tried to open moaning Myrtle's bathroom his hand was burnt and he said "girls bathroom".Now the theory is that the Hogwarts castle is helping the trio and the founders Helga Hufflepuff,Rowina Ravenclaw and Godrick Gryffindor saw the future and the heir of Slytherin would be the end of many. They saw also Harry's role in defeating him so they enchanted the castle to help them it also explains why they have a grudge against him .
Don't go too hard on Miriam Margolyes. She always says she did it for the money, but she loves her job and her craft. I think she doesn't want to accept the fact that most people know her just for that and that alone.
As you introduced the last character, I could hear her in my head saying "don't call me..!" Here's an idea- what about "what X number of magical characters would be if they were Muggles?" The Happy Plotter channel has a list of no less than 76 characters (if they had survived the entire series and beyond, e.g. Barty Jr., Lavender, and Dobby)
I still think Luna would have fit well in Hufflepuff. She is loyal to her father despite what people say about The Quibbler, she believed Harry about Voldemort returning when most wouldn't, she was willing to help Harry and his friends with infiltrating the Ministry of Magic, she helped Ginny and Neville with breaking into the headmaster's office to steal the Sword of Gryffindor for Harry, fought in the Battle of Hogwarts, and cared for magical creatures. She was even loyal to herself with not letting other's opinions get to her and following what she believes in. Also McGonagall would have been a great Hufflepuff with how loyal she was to Dumbledore even after he was removed from office and after he had died, to Harry like with trusting him about not putting his name into the goblet of fire, and to Hogwarts School overall.
Zachariah Smith is the equivalente of Peter Pettigrew; how the hell did he get into Hufflepuff? He has more reasons of becoming a Death Eater than Cedric Diggory. Edit: this was a fun section and I’m glad you made it, from learning new characters as well as fleshing out others with more participation on the books.
Make sure to read to the end for a big surprise! Dear Alfiro, I noticed a grammatical issue in your wording in this specific sentence. As I carefully read this beautifully correct sentence, I noticed that you spelt "equivalente" wrong. It should be "equivalent". Thank you for reading me letter so patiently. Love, Hermione.
No disrespect to the fans that are Hufflepuffs, but the house also takes students that don't embody traits from the other three houses. That would explain why Zacharias Smith was so disloyal despite him being a member of Hufflepuff House
george osric's death was so blunt, at first i was thinking oh maybe he dessaparated at the last second, then the therstrals appeard an i thought ok never mind he's very dead
I’m so glad you made the distinction between sprout and her actress. The character of sprout is awesome and the best! I was nervous you were gonna punish the character because of what the actress said or believes. What she says or does doesn’t affect the character
Ranking loyalty makes no sense because if I’m good I could be said to be loyal to hogwarys but if I’m a death eater u could say I’m very loyal to Voldemort

Agreed! I agree with the comment that Leta isn't property to be stolen. We don't know all the context and details of their relationship. Newt and Leta weren't dating anymore by the time they were all adults and Leta and Theseus started dating.
At least Cedric isn't lower because of the book that shall not be named
Screw that book
“The Book That Shall Not Be Named”
Thank you for being open about your mental health struggles and addiction past. It's vital that people talk about these things. It saves lives. ❤
Wasn’t it also stated that teddy visited the potters so much that they considered letting him move in?
I love that you wore yellow for this video to honour Hufflepuff 🤣🤣
MovieFlame I love your yellow shirt.
Honestly Zachariah probably only got hufflepuff because he’s a descendant of Helga Hufflepuff.
So fast,i saw the thumbnail change
Did Theseus even know that Newt and Leta dated at some point in their school life? Idk Newt doesn't seem like a person who would tell his brother much about his dating history.
Movi iedea: rank the (big) things from the books that were left out of the movies.
From “essential, should have put it in” to “glad they left it out”
Oh and Morgan…

Tonks: _”Don’t. Call me. Nymphadora.”_
I had to!😂
meanwhile dumbledore
@@NORNAMIERAHAFIQAHBINTIMOHDZAID Hmm? I believe my comment has nothing to do with Dumbledore.
1:53 so did everyone just forget? They didn’t even change.
KING HAS POSTEDDDD
MovieFlame: Cedric is loyal
Cursed Child: *We'll see about that*
Miriam Margolyes was only in chamber of secrets and Deathly Hallows 2, so she didn't work on it for 10 years.
0:39 I think we can all agree on this
Sup bro
I KNEW THIS DAY WOULD COME (please do a series on hunger games victors from bravest to least bravest)
I was waiting for this for a long time
I agree with everyone on the list except Leanne I think she should have gone higher as she call Katie “Stupid” because Katie was going to take a package that she got while in the bathroom to the school which would have gotten Katie in trouble if it was a dark object (which it was) and she did care for Katie and blamed herself for the incident, I think she should have been in Average at most though. And also thank you for doing Hufflepuff my house
I think Theseus should be ranked higher for his loyalty to Dumbledore in Fantastic Beast 3 and was still somewhat loyal to Newt, like telling him he's being watched by the ministry
Thank you so much for bringing the final episode of the series
Some more Hufflepuff's not metioned are: Rose Zeller, Owen Cauldwell, Stebbins, Summers and Eleanor Branstone. But like with the other 4 houses they had 1 maybe 2 mentions at best so we know next to nothing about them.
Video starts at 2:45
"Dating your brother's ex..." wait until you watch Ninjago.

@@v4nquisherx17 I do think that The Hunger Games is primarily aimed at teenagers, so I'll give you that.
Your new intro is looking good!
Don't go too hard on Miriam Margolyes. She always says she did it for the money, but she loves her job and her craft. I think she doesn't want to accept the fact that most people know her just for that and that alone.
Love the “cursed child *unfortunately”*
Morgan finally did hufflepuff !
As you introduced the last character, I could hear her in my head saying "don't call me..!"
Here's an idea- what about "what X number of magical characters would be if they were Muggles?" The Happy Plotter channel has a list of no less than 76 characters (if they had survived the entire series and beyond, e.g. Barty Jr., Lavender, and Dobby)
I’ve been waiting for this vid
Yay! Morgan is wearing his Hufflepuff shirt!
The og thumbnail had newt and his brother.
TH-cam has a new feature where you can have 3 thumbnails uploaded and they choose which one is the best based on how many clicks each one gets
@MovieFlame Sup Morgan👋. Love you
@@MovieFlame I love you Morgan! You’re my favourite TH-camr! ❤❤
Dear Alfiro,
I noticed a grammatical issue in your wording in this specific sentence.
We got so little from Cedric. He is the definition of loyal.
I always wonder what if Harry didn't ask Cedric to grab the Cup together 🥹
george osric's death was so blunt, at first i was thinking oh maybe he dessaparated at the last second, then the therstrals appeard an i thought ok never mind he's very dead
I’m so glad you made the distinction between sprout and her actress. The character of sprout is awesome and the best! I was nervous you were gonna punish the character because of what the actress said or believes. What she says or does doesn’t affect the character
“The cursed child unfortunately” I’m with you Morgan (notice how I did not capitalize cursed child)
Movieflame uploads, I watch
Ranking loyalty makes no sense because if I’m good I could be said to be loyal to hogwarys but if I’m a death eater u could say I’m very loyal to Voldemort
I’m glad you decided to finish this series and to see a video dedicated to my favorite house in HP. I’m aware Hufflepuff may not be as recognized as the other houses, but I am not bothered by it. I am a proud Hufflepuff 💛🖤💛🖤
For Hunger Games, could you do what you did for Harry Potter and show comparisons and differences in the books and movies? Maybe you’d want to wait until the new book comes out, but I’d like to see some comparisons and differences for the first 4 books and 5 films
Idk if loyalty is their "most" trait. Hard working and kind are big too
It is 100% for children.
Come on.
It is MADE and targeted for children.
But CAN be enjoyed lightly by adults.
It's nostalgia. Like Mary Poppins, Disney movies, and Saturday morning cartoons.
I like the new intro
12:22
Even if Harry already gave Cedric a tip, the embodiment of loyalty is repayment. Cedric showed loyalty to Harry by repaying his favor even when he wasn’t obligated to.
My neighbor named his wifi Ravenclaw Common Room. So I decided to named mine Hufflepuff Common Room
