it's all the same dish except the hotter the spice level is because they put an extra red chili on top of each level, she is going along each one INTENTIONALLY not eating the red chili and just eating mostly rice, this is the most s** video i have seen in a...well actually today , i seen worse yesterday. this is just another day of you fake tube.

Dude I live 15 mins from that place. Great food. I tried the lvl 5 spice only once and that was enough of an experience for me. lvl 2 or 3 for 'spice lovers' is a comfortable 2 options. All and all great food portions, quality, and price!

they are the heat! yes you are correct!
Only if you want them to be...they're more like for garnish. The chilies that are part of the dish are chpped up and cooked with the garlic.

It's a bowl of pepper with ground pork as topping
Try having a warm tea instead of a cold drink with extreme spice. The reason it works better is it dissolves the chili oils on the tongue, rather than a cold drink which gives a second of relief, then you feel the searing pain on your tongue which gets uncomfortable.

For those of you who have no idea what's going on 🙄 This is not a challenge where she has to eat all the peppers, If you've never had a spicy dish then you should know that only mixing the peppers in with the food gives you that spice level You don't have to eat the peppers!
And furthermore this was just her trying the restaurant out and letting us know how spicy it gets.. try being nice and not so critical on her videos that she works very hard to put out 🩷

I eat spicy food everyday so my tolerance to spice is better than most people but the hard thing is the battle i go thru in toilet so I stop eating😂

That looked really tasty, and even though I confess to not being a fan of Mark's? That looked tasty enough that if ever I go to Bangkok, I may look it up and see what I think of it, even though my spice tolerance is not that high! #2 sounds like it would be ideal for me.
I believe you’re supposed to eat the red peppers with it to feel the full effect of the levels.

I would have chosen the Very Less Spice or the Less Spice. Mark Weins likes his food incredibly spicy... perhaps that is why he likes touring India so much. Wish the statement that it burns both going in and coming out wasn't so true.
