In K-map, here we have been asked to find the minimal expression. Just by making two groups, we are able to cover all the 1s in the K-map. So, there is no need to make another group, that you are saying. I hope, it will clear your doubt.

There is a vertical pair of four in first question which is 'X 1 X 1' which add a third term +w'x so the correct option should be B not A

Do we need to include all don't care terms during minimization or we can exclude them if not required ??? Please reply .
you can exclude some of those don't care terms if they are not required. But you need to cover all the minterms for which the function is 1.
