DCS MiG-15bis Guide: Guns ,Gunsight and Gunnery

thanks it was driving me crazy trying to figure how to arm/charge the cannons. I was pushing and not holding it. I learned the mig 21 first with the explosive charge

Its an air vent that can pivot (in this case, facing the pilot), underneath it says open or close.
The label is "ВЕНТИЛЯЦИЯ" which is ventilation in Russian.

I've always wondered, do you know what the hollow tube that's opened towards the pilot on the middle right of the screen is?

It's a vent. The switch underneath the tube opens or closes the vent for outside air. Kinda like turning the fan (not a.c. or heat) on in your car.
