I feel like when they are planning the heist on the guys apartment in the second film non of them are taking it seriously except for Linus because he's always oblivious. Like they are all eating and just spouting nonsense. It's great.
I don't think so. Brad pit has stated that he likes having his characters eat something because that act makes them more human and more relatable. You'll notice that he is eating in virtually every single movie he made, safe for maybe his very early ones.
