I learned from other videos, that your brake pads move away from the discs during cornering etc. I don't know if that's true, but after a long straight it really helps to bring the bite right to the top of the pedal. So when you really stamp on it the brake pedal, it bites straight away. They are really a weak point on the car, so I hope to upgrade them at some point. Thanks for the comment, I have spent a lot of time with the camera positions.
Just watched my own video back. I was still learning the technique. It really isn't right in this video. Watch some Hot Version International and see the pros do it right. Practice makes perfect right?
@@thesillyhatday Ahh ok, that makes sense! I'm hoping to go to Blyton next year - also have an FN2! - so this video is great for learning the track! And fair point on the learning the technique, I'll check some of those vids!
@@hippiejack3001 Sounds good mate. Blyton Park is the only place that I've had brake trouble every time. If you plan on going hard, I'd bring spare pads at least. Last time I was there, I had drilled discs and they cracked. Every time i've gone I have had to change my brake pads. At least bring some to get you home. It's a hard track on brakes. If you come prepared then you'll have a great time. How far away are you?
Hey, like the pedal cam! How come you tapped the brake before actually braking for the corners?
