    im really confused about this one maybe because im not christian *spoilers* they all got sucked to hell???

      Exactly, or something very similar. It's not clear whether they were literally taken to hell, or if the floor they were on collapsed and they simply died in the collapse. It's also not clear whether Daphne ascended to heaven with the priest who appears, or if she was simply spared from the disaster because she wasn't dancing (and she was considered morally worthy, while the court and her fiance were immoral). I like to think that the floor literally collapsed, but the music had bewitched the listeners which made it appear to them as though there was a supernatural influence.
      Maybe I should have recorded an analysis of the story.

    For some reason my first instant impression from the thumbnail was that this is a historical priest video. This caused vague interest but also made me dismiss it immediately and skip over.
    Only days later when i came upon it again and exerted more than instantaneous attention did I realize it was an audiobook! Listening now.
    I really am not the brightest bulb 😂
    This one scared me with dread. I have psychosis episodes so this lurking fear of a future terror really bothered me I had to separate myself and comment midstory
