Please keep this kawasaki videos coming. I have one right now that isn't running and I don't know anything about it. All the videos you are making are very good and informative. Keep up the good work.
Air hammer with a round point in the shaft would pop the clutch basket off in 2 secs. For real. Thanks for the video. Lots of good info in here.
Where do you get a rebuild kit?? I got my dads 73 f9 bighorn running but it smokes and rattles bad. Needs a full rebuild. He bought this right out of the marine corp brand new. Hasnt ran since 1980 and i worked on it. Couldnt get it started then sent it to a tech he got it running but nit well. I could tell my dad was upset. So i need some big help
Hey where r u located. I have a 71 big horn. And a 74 g3ss. I need work done on them
I am looking for a flywheel, stator , stator plate and cover and sprocket cover . For our 1971 F5 bighorn . If anybody knows a good place to find parts please let me know. These videos will be a big help to me🙂
Interesting work.
95% of this disassembly should have been done with the motor still in the frame. Also , why throw all the screws and bolts in a can. Why not put them in cardboard diagrams to indicate where they came from.
