I have a blue plug with two wires that is loose, they are zip tied to t he frame with an orange zip tie. There’s a blue plug and two wires on the other end . A red and a white. What do these go to?
Does this thing come in pieces you have to put together? Like if you couldn't fit a normal box spring up the stairs does this come smaller so it could fit somewhere then be put together once in the room? Appreciate any responses, thanks
Call their warranty department the base has a serial number underneath in either of the 2 actuators. Provide that number and they should be able to mail one directly. Or if you bought it at mattress firm contact your sales rep sometimes their warehouse has spares remotes. Warranty department will be your best option.
Plug one base and follow the syncing process keeping the second base disconnected. Once the first base is synced then you will unplug the base and connect the second one and follow the same syncing process. Once all those process are followed both bases should be individually synced.
@@josecordero8169 Thanks. I can get them to work independent of each other, What I need is for the two singles to act as one king size base as a king mattress is on top of these two twins. So when I hit Head Up, both units work in sync to bring both twin base heads up at the same time, etc. When it was first set up, the installers set it up so we had twin remotes that operated both sides in sync. That is what I’m trying to accomplish again after we moved to a new home. Thanks
@@johnleas5110 to sync both you will need to disconnect one sync it as normal once the first base is sync go ahead and disconnect it and connect the second base. With the same remote sync the second base once second base is synced disconnect both and wait about 10 seconds and connect them at the same time both base will be synced as one.

Try this to set the memory button: 1. Position the Head and Foot to your desired position. 2. Press and Hold the Flashlight button until the backlight flashes. 3. Press the MEM button WITHIN 2 seconds. This worked for mine. The salesperson at the second MattressFirm store I asked for assistance with this, actually found the answer on Reddit for me. She was frustrated that she had no “training” from the company. Hope this helps you, like it did me.

When you purchase they have the option of split queens or split twin long that make a king bed. They do cost more thoe.

How do you program the memory button on the 300?
Place the base on the position of your liking and then hold the memeory button to lock the position.
@@josecordero8169 I have tried that but it does not work. Anytime I push the memory button it lays the bed flat.
