Ustad! Another amazing recipe 👌👌 I had some Iranian friends who used to burn the rice and enjoy the crispy rice also. Maybe you can try the same. Cook last on high flame and burn the outside so shape will maintain and also some portion will be crispy. Thank you for your wonderful recipe Ustad! 😊 🙏

I really wish the subtitles in English where put on your vidoe. It looks amazing! Looks a lot like foods I ate from India. I would love to make this but don't know everything in this recipe because it's in another language. I can guess from my experience and I will try to attempt this with seeing what he has done and also with the knowledge of somethings that look like something I've seen before. Maybe I'll get it down and figure it out.
