2 min immigration line for us on 12/31. E gate lines worked perfectly. We had to wait 20 mins for bags. 30 min tops

Last time it took us over 2 hours to get through Terminal 2, normally you take your chances with the red button of doom but this time they were searching everyone's suitcases, it was absolute chaos and not what you need after a 10 hour 40 min flight.
