    Ingredients
    1 box of Cream of Rice
    1 Tablespoon of Baking Soda
    1 cup of sugar
    1/2 teaspoon of salt
    1 tablespoon of nutmeg
    Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
    1/2 cup of water
    4 smashed bananas
    3/4 cups of oil
    Grated Ginger

    Everyone has their own way of cooking which I totally respect. Some people actually use the rice flour for this recipe.

    I am originally from Liberia but grew up in the States and I am so so glad that I stumbled across your channel. Just subscribed. I never learned to cook liberian food even though my sisters and mom are excellent cooks. I can't wait to start trying your recipes. Please keep uploading recipes!     14 ounces rice flour t. bs 1 c sugar 1/2 t salt t. nutmeg 2 egss 4 banana 1 c milk t vanilla 1 and half c water 2 t ginger 3/4 c oil

      is cream of rice the same thing as cream of wheat because I have cream of wheat but yours say cream of rice

      Yes just put white or sushi rice in the blender and grind it until it's almost powder. Also let the mixture stand before baking so the rice can soften

    that is banana bread that was made and way to much water and you do not need the oil at all for banana bread.
