We lost a $50 autograph book at Disney Land some years ago. Not only did a sweet older couple find and return it, paying the shipping, they also got some of the autographs we had missed. They said in a very nice letter that they knew how sad it would have made their grandchildren to lose it....
That break-in during the goofy bottle cutter thing had me literally laughing out loud. What the actual hell nowadays. At least you can use that jagged bottle edge as a self defense tool. ;)

Yeah, that blade bugged me too, while it fit my tiny hands fine, the 8cr13mov from china, for a company known for it's Italian made knives kinda irked me. And to add to your scrubs..... "..I touched your gooey center".
I like the book overall, gives some pretty good insight into things. Just enough knowledge to be dangerous... Wasn't that the mantra for combat lifetaker, I mean combat lifesaver school?
As a knife collector and maker I agree with the pro plus knife one you were dead on with the sub hilt section and with the handle shape that should only be on a custom made knife meant for one person, another reason why it makes a poor knife is the blade material it does not hold an edge and is not durable.
I agreed with just about everything you said on this box. I did like the KOTM a little more but my understanding of alphabet Chinese steel types is low, but I get it, it's quality is just ok. Where can I look up steel types to learn more about it? What kind of steel should i be looking for? Loved the book. I had my subscription for a few months then cancelled. Just felt like I was spending too much money on this box for the quality i was getting.
A good solid fixed blade should be made of a tough carbon steel in my opinion. If it's going to be stainless it should be a higher quality steel, especially for the price they are charging. There are a lot good options out there. Something like 154CM would be good for the price they are putting on the card.
This unboxing is like seeing an ex-girlfriend's Facebook posts about how horrible the guys that she dates are :D Buahahahahaaaa!!! Great video Doc!!! I'm SOOOOOO glad that I broke up with them December of 2019.
