It's really important to take care of ourselves and ensure that we stay safe when entering the Forest, Woods, or Bush. It is our personal responsibility to know what is needed for a Bush Adventure, Day Hike or a short trail walk. Always take a small to Medium Back Pack with the basics for at least 1 night survival. Even for just a short hike or Forest walk. If a Bear came onto the trail and you need to run, you can easily get turned around and find yourself lost. You could get injured and can't get back to camp. Always have a G.P.S. Device turned. Always have a plan and let people know where you are hiking... etc. Then You Might Make It Home Alive.
I encourage people to go into the Forest as often as you can. But do it safely and wisely and with other knowledgeable Outdoors Enthusiasts. Life is an Adventure, Live Long Enough To Enjoy It :)
