Brother, but if the input of my 2.1 TV tells me that only the 120hz are there, does that mean that if I connect it to a 2.0 I lose the 120hz?
question why are you switching your HDMI to 2.0 by doing this your not going to be able to run VRR all you needed to do is turn off G-Sync and the 1440p 120hz option will show

I haven’t hdmi 2.0 and I haven’t G-Sync. I can’t switch to 1440p and I’m getting crazy right now. I don’t know how I can activate 1440p 🤬🤬 I have free sync premium but when I turn it off, i can’t still switch to 1440p. Have anyone a solution?

Not entirely sure I understood everything 100%. So I need an HDMI cable of 2.0 version? Currently I'm running my PS through receiver, to get both sound and video, the second HDMI cable that goes from the receiver's output to the monitor is 2.1, so that might be the issue that doesn't allow me to set 1440p resolution?

@@HUddin2006 Yeah, in my case what helped was installation of Motherboard's chipset drivers. Very stupid, I know, but alas, it did the trick

@@fantasy1850 don't know, but the issue is most likely with the receiver from what I can tell, it's max resolution is 1080p, so I suppose it can not translate a video signal of higher res than that to a monitor, despite the latter being 2k. Oh well.

question....so i had it where if i was watching tv which is input #1 on mine,and i wanted to play my ps5 i just hit the ps5 button on controller and the ps5 would turn on and automatically switch to my ps5 input #3 and was ready to play....and when i would power off my ps5 it would automatically switch back to my tv on input 1.....now all of a sudden after playing last night(i dont know if i shut it off wrong or whateva lol)... but now when i hit the ps5 button on my controller it turns on my ps5 as normal but it dont automatically switch to my ps5 input 3 and just stays on tv input 1.....how do i get it back to where it automatically switches to ps5 input as it did before?....appreciate any help how to fix this issue...thanks
